The shoe seems to be about a half size too big (too long). Going down a size would probably not work. Otherwise it was a very good looking shoe shoe. Looks rather dainty.

I ordered 10.5 wide. Unfortunately the heel area was the widest part of the shoe and I could not keep them on my feet. The toe area was a bit narrower than the heel/back portion of the shoe. I’m not sure what is going on with the toe part of this show but it is very, very stiff. They almost felt like steel toe shoes. Whatever material is used on the outside of the shoe felt soft. For flats these shoes had an okay arch support for me. I just need a little bit more arch support. Overall the style is cute. Wish they would have worked. They felt a little bit small, maybe 10.25 instead of 10.5. Could have used more toe room, less heel room. The sole felt weird when I walked in them too.

I waver between 10 and 11, and sometimes 10.5 if a shoe manufacturer offers it. With Euro sizing, I am usually a true 42. This 10.5 felt more like an 11 - arch support felt in the wrong place - and my heels slipped out (despite a wide vamp, I have narrow heels so this is always a tricky area in a ballet flat. The navy color would look great with denim, so I am disappointed they didn't work. The sole and leather looked like good quality for the price. More what I expect for Trotters than some other style (that might be more trendy).

Cute, but the heel is so wide, even in a narrow width, that I walk right out of them. I can usually wear Trotters in my narrow size. Disappointed. Sending them back.

Was disappointed that the color was not consistent throughout the shoe. Darker at the toe than the heel. I returned them

I am a true 8.5 N, but not in this shoe. Can't figure out what's wrong, as I have other Trotters shoes that are perfect.

Length was good. Shoe was wider than a normal Trotters narrow. And the heel was so loose that the shoes fell off my heels. The "grey" is really silver and is too stiff, not soft like the regular leather shoes.

I have a narrow foot and the shoes were extra wide. And extra long. Return them immediately.

Shoes were too big. Style was very boring. I feel like they would have hurt my feet if I wore them while standing all day at work.

Miserably uncomfortable. Very narrow and oddly shaped. I wear a AA with a AAAA heel. These shoes were tight across the toes but my heel still slipped out.
