I have a normal 7-1/2 sized foot with a normal arch and I had trouble getting these shoes on. Once on, they were really tight and the side of the shoe that should be just below your ankle was too high and/or not cushioned enough. I think if I tried a short walk in them that I would have a blister right below my ankle. The bottom of the shoe was not as cushioned as I expected it to be.

Unfortunately the cloudmonsters were not comfortable at all. After mile 2.5, it felt like I was walking on concrete. I sticking with my Hokas.

The look of the show is awesome. I’ve had On’s before and loved them. Wanted to try a new style… HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. I can barely get a mile in before the ball of my feet are completely numb and tingling. They are painful to wear!! I wore them around the house and they seemed supportive and good. On my walk I was in agony. I tried wearing theming a second and third time thinking I needed to get use to them and that wasn’t the case. They are BRUTAL. I tried calling Zappos and they told me since they were worn, they can’t do anything for me. I’m so upset I spent $170 on shoes I’ll NEVER wear again. So disappointed.

Walking around in the house, my feet ? hurt after about an hour. Not a good fit for me.

Received a used shoe with stained top of shoe, scuffed sides, dirty air pockets, and stained soles. It was clearly a worn shoe and disappointed to receive wondering I held Zappos to a higher standard. Terrible experience and Will not be ordering again.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever wore. They make my hips hurt, my knees hurt, and my feet are killing me by the end of my 12 hour shift. I will never buy this brand again.

The shoes themselves are ok, however, the pair I received smells extremely strong of air freshener(not in a good way). The scent is so strong I had to turn around on an outdoor run to come home because I was getting a headache from the smell! Also they were burning my feet! Zappos customer service on this matter was horrible to make matters worse :/

They are small

I own a pair in the exact size 10.5 in a different color combination. These fit like they are a size 10. No consistency. Returning

I received the wrong shoes

I was so disappointed with these shoes. As a healthcare worker I need comfortable shoes, I stand a lot. Many of my coworkers said to give this shoe a try. NEVER EVER WOULD I EVER PURCHASE THIS SHOE BRAND EVER AGAIN. I have to buy another pair of shoes , and I have not worn them to work. In this economy when money is tight, I cannot afford a negative purchase.

Never got

Poor quality. Loved everything about this shoe with the exception that they literally fell apart within the first month of daily use (4-5 miles)

I suffer with plantar fascitis. I usually wear New Balance. I had several people recommend the On Cloud sneaker. It is a great looking sneaker. Unfortunately, it is narrow and not as comfortable in the heel for me.

Rather wide Heel did not last, it compressed on itself.

I have purchased many pairs of On sneakers. I ordered the size that I always order but these Cloudmonsters are much too small.

I was sent the wrong shoes. I paid $180 for these shoes that I wouldn’t pay $40 for. I’m not happy.

shoe fits fine but it squeaks and hurts to walk in them.

Sole felt nice and plush, but the upper portion of the shoe felt super cheap with no padding. Not worth the premium price IMO

I wanted to love this shoe. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. The shoe support felt great the problem was there wasn't a whole lot of room for foot shaped toes. What I mean is even with a half size larger shoer on, my toes were being pinched and were tingling (without circulation?). I have been wearing barefoot shoes for almost a year and it's quite possible I have ruined myself for shoes considered regular. I wish more shoe suppliers made normal wide toe box shaped shoes. I am done forcing my feet into unnatural positions to get into shoes. I am sending them back and continuing my search for shoes that will give my dear toes the freedom they deserve. Don't get left behind, there is a real market for foot shaped shoes.

The one star isn't for the product, it is for the idiots who work at the company. The website shows they have my size but on their end they do not. So they decided to send me a women's version of the same product.

Narrow/ tight, even with 1/2 size up. Cheap fabric upper. No inner cushioning around ankle. No arch support. Sure the soles of my feet were comfortable “on clouds,” but if the rest of my foot hurts whats the point?

I went to the MENS running shoe link. I also entered a request for highly cushioned running shoes. The Zappos site included these shoes as options. But the were WOMENS size, with no obvious indication that I had migrated from Men’s to Women’s.

I was sent men's size but my order was correct and it was for women and when i requested an exchange they said I had to buy a new pair or wait 10 days for the refund. Never again buying here.
