Fit was fine and I really wanted to love these but I was very disappointed how stiff and not have the usual cloud spongy nature.

True to size. Maybe tiny bit on the smaller size. The color of the soles, trim and laces are black but the "nylon" top portion of the boot appears more navy. Pointing it out in case your uniform requires all black.

Despite the various reviews regarding the ankle issues, I decided to give these boots a try because they look so good and ON is a great brand. The construction of this boot is top gear, I have plantar fasciitis so support was good but not great. The problem is like many, the tongue of these boots are the worse and both my inner ankles were rubbing against the tongue that it hurt so bad. I even tried putting bandages, moleskin, gauze underneath the socks to see it would help and it didn't make a difference. I love this boot but the tongue of these boots are criminal. I'm glad it worked out for some and maybe I have skinny ankles but this is a big no for me. I thought about maybe I need to break them in but I don't see how the tongue would change by doing this. Sadly, I had to return them.

Unlike my other 4 pairs OC, these are bulky ( just because of the ankle support?) I can flex my arches and twist my ankles in them. Very stiff. Loved the colors. OC should have done better

I returned these shoes because they hurt around the ankles when walking

The footbed felt amazing and the boots look great. When I laced them up, however, I could immediately tell these wouldn’t work for me. They rubbed on the inside of my ankle bones really badly.

I always order a size up with my hiking boots but these still felt a bit short. In addition, the material is rather stiff, and there is a seam near the ankle bone that is rubbing. I love my other OnClouds, but

Wore these twice in Iceland on a hiking trip. The sides of the show that surround the ankle are unforgiving. The tongue should have also been more forgiving. So uncomfortable and awkward.
