First time boot buyer, very surprised at the comfort and warmth the boots provide. Using them more than ever expected due to this pleasant surprise.

This is a great boot, however, it's not a construction field boot, in my opinion. I ordered this as it's a hybrid. I received it and once I realized this wouldn't work for me in the field (I'm a Construction Superintendent), I requested a return. They created the return quickly and I took it to the UPS store to send it back. To my surprise, the package was apparently created with a label that sent it directly back to my house. So, I was supposed to receive a refund within fourteen days and instead, I received the boot that I do not want shipped back to my house. I've tried calling, texting, chatting, and emailing, but haven't been able to speak with anyone. I've just accepted that they aren't willing to accept the return. This is a good boot, but Ariat customer service is garbage.

First time buying online but these boots fit true to size! Super comfortable and Im able to wear them all day.

A Christmas gift, my son loves these boots! He says the grip on the bottom is a particular positive. The boots were comfortable from the first time he wore them. Hes looking at a second pair!

Amazing quality boot! I was very impressed with the stitching and my son in law said they were the most comfortable boot! Very impressed also with the service, packaging, and delivery with Ariat!

Good looking boot! However smallest size was a 7. Ended up with another style boot from Ariat that came in a 6 but not many choices. These boots were for my adult son who works in the utility field. I find it hard to purchase work clothes for him because he needs a smaller size. Lots of choices in larger sizes. Very frustrating.

These boots are a little disappointing. They are extremely narrow (for a 3E) and the color is really not 2 tone like the pictures but more all the same darker color of the boot top. I am hoping I can stretch them to fit better. Only time will tell how much I can wear them. I got a different Ariat boot at the same time that was labeled the same size and they are visibly different widths.

I never got them so I would not know whoever does shipping labels for FPO addresses sucks.
