First, let met start off with the positive. These shoes are truly pretty but they are not sized properly! I wear between a 6 1/2 - 7 and I NEVER had a size 7 be too tight. The shoes was hard to put on, meaning as a slide in shoe you couldn’t just slide into them. Once I had them on I thought that they would loosen up a bit and I walked around my bedroom for a minute or two. However, I had a congregation meeting to attend so I didn’t realize that I would be in pain. I sat for two hour in the hall and I was miserable. The only walking I did in these shoes was from the car to the door and back to the car and I had serious blisters on both my feet once I took them off! I’m not sure if they can be returned but I will NEVER wear them again nor will I purchase anymore shoes from Ann Klein. I will be contacting the company directly to see what can be done but this is a WARNING TO ALL.

I love these shoes (have a pair in sand/beige). I typically wear a 7.5 but got these in a 7. I have a narrow foot and was afraid the 7.5 would be too wide. The 7's fit great. I like the kitten heel....just high enough.

Not easy to put on. You can't slide your foot in them you have to help with your hands to put it on. Overall look cheap.

Well this was a disappointing quick purchase and return. I am normally 6-6.5. I generally go to 6.5 in sandals. This shoe felt like it was a size 5 or smaller! I have very narrow and bony feet and my feet had to squeeze through the box. I would size up 1 to 1.5 sizes larger. I did really like the shoe in person but they don't have my size for an exchange. Too bad.
