I love the black patent leather look and chunky heel. These shoes are very soft on the inside and very comfortable.

Fit is slightly small, but very comfy and sturdy to walk in. Very pretty!

Beautiful beautiful shoes

This is a great looking classic Anne Klein shoe. Love them. Very dressy and comfortable. Just didn't want them in patent leather.

There was a defect on the stitching around the edge of the shoe. However, either way I didn’t think they would be an all day type of heal based on the toe area fit.

These are my absolute FAVORITE heels! I love them and bought them in two colors because they’re just the best for style and comfort!!

I love the style of these shoes and the nude color. However the toe part is small and narrow, which might be a problem wearing the shoes all day at work. I am hoping they stretch.

Strange color. Was much more attractive online than in person.

I have a wide foot, usually wear 6.5W or 7W. This was ordered in a 7.5M and fit pretty well. The Nude color is truly Nude - could use a bit more depth. Besides the color, which didn't quite go with the clothes I was hoping to wear them with, the grosgrain binding ends around the collars of both shoes had come undone and the bindings were flapping in the breeze - marked the places with tape and returned.

What happened, Anne Klein? I have worn your heels for years and rely on them for comfort and style. These felt like they were a size too small, and the trim around the edge was really uncomfortable.

IT DIDN'T FEEL A FULL SIZE SMALLER, IT WAS A FULL SIZE SMALLER. I HAVE NOW ORDERED A SIZE 9.5 TWICE AND RECEIVED AN 8 IN RETURN. THIS IS MY LAST ORDER FROM ZAPPOS AFTER LITERALLY PROBABLY 15 YEARS OF RELYING ON THIS SITE.

The shoe is quite comfy and I received it very quickly…but I would be much happier if I had actually received both shoes!
