Well made boot, runs true to size but it very wide in the front and looks sloppy. Your customer service is horrible! You do nothing to serve your customers it's about the dollar and that is it! After 25 yrs of purchasing boots, jackets riding gear I will never buy from you again.

Nice quality shoe however toe is to pointy for my taste and for my toes waiting for my credit back on my credit card

This boot is very cute, so if I was rating it for style alone, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I had two problems with the pair I received. The boot was at least half a size too big, which was frustrating because I printed the measurement chart and checked my size before ordering, in addition to reading the reviews about sizing. The backing on the straps that cross the front of the ankle was also falling off one of the straps. It's an obvious defect that would require me to return the boot separately from the sizing issue. I requested help but am still waiting to hear back.

Boots didn't look like picture from website. They are comfortable but if you work on concrete they aren't the best

These boots are cute, but my heel slides and my socks bunch up under my feet. Not comfortable at all.

Really lovely boots but sadly just a bit too tight (as other reviews said but I thought I'd give them a go as I don't usually have any problem with boots) so sadly returned.

These run way bigger than listed meaning Ive had to order three pairs to try and get the right size. I am a 39 and have had to go via 6 -.5.5 and now 5. The smallest of them just about fits but they slip off my heels a little and they are too wide at the top. I tried really hard with these boots but Ive given up now.

The size was to big, tried to send back for exchange but you wouldn't allow me, so I sent them back for a refund. Now I am trying to decide if I really want them. P.S. you had a sale and only needed to allow me to send back for exchange, now you have NO sale.

The boots were a little bit too big for me and they started to fall apart. I was very disappointed. I really need a pair of boots in this style. I have tons of cowboy boots in Ariat and also Ariat rain boots, but I really wanted to try these type or shorter boots out but I was very disappointed. There's a couple other short boots that Ariat puts out but one bad apple has put a bad taste in my mouth and now I'm not sure which way to go. Super bummed. We've had such great luck with all other clothing Cowboy boots shoes, but for some reason these just did not work out for me. I'm a big review reader when it comes to boots and the boots that I happen to like don't have very good reviews which is disappointing from the leather being too thin to them falling apart too soon I have just bought two brand new pairs of riding boots I'm looking into buying another pair of riding boots, both tall and short But you know with the price you just want to be sure you're getting what you're paying for so I'm on the fence time will tell what I end up buying .

I was so excited about these boots... I put them on and what a struggle. The zipper doesn't help much, my sock got all bunched up and had to use a horn heel to get my foot in there. My heel slipped around when walking. Also, I did not find them comfortable, nor aesthetically pleasing. They look better on the website. I bought the brown leather/ suede upper, size 6.5 (normally wear 7), as suggested in reviews.

I love Ariat footwear, but have trouble with these boots. One of my feet is slightly larger than the other, so I expected to have some wear-in time, but after several painful days I decided this was unusual. I felt carefully in the right boot and realized the stitching is tighter across the instep on the right than it is on the left. The leather is wonderfully soft and the boots look good, but It is too late to return them and I cannot wear them, either. Expensive lesson!!!

These fit really weird. The heel area was way too big. I tried to size down, but they were still too big. I also felt that if I sized down again, then the toe area would be too small. I wear an 8.5 in paddock boots, and the size guide said I should order my regular size based on the paddock boots. Nope! Heel area was way too big. I even tried heel inserts and different innersoles, but the fit was still weird. Also, the two tone color was more monochrome and not a rich brown, but a muddy brown.

Don't know about the boots as they are not here. I'll be returning them when they arrive due to poor logistics. I ordered on 12/17 paid for express shipping. Got the tracking today just to find out they are arriving on the day after Christmas. Now off to the store to buy a gift. Thanks for nothing Ariat.

Very disappointed with my purchase, opened the box to find scuffed boots. Didn't even try them on, was so excited to get them. And just sick I was sent damaged boots, didn't pay for that experience.

Too expensive for boots to work the farm to only last 3-6 months. I like the design, shape of the boot but I would like an affordable price for a work boot. I would buy Vera Wang otherwise.
