My order got cancelled by YOU! I never even got to try them on :(

Boots do not look like the boots in the picture. The bottom part of the boots actually looks more like the top in the picture -- dark, oily and uneven (not light and clear, for the phoenix to show clearly). My boots arrived in the mail scuffed on side, toe and sole. I had to return them because they were damaged, but I did not like how the leather looked anyway. This was my first try, but I will not order another pair of Ariat boots.

Not at all comfortable and seem cheaply made. I tried Ariats and now I will go back to my boots.

Awful company. They sent mens shoes instead of the womens boots I ordered for my daughter's Christmas gift. Ok, mistakes happen, but trying to get them exchanged for the correct ones has been a nightmare. On hold for 15 minutes at a time, then cut off. Same result on multiple days and at different times of the day. No luck with the online chat, either. Just a joke, and my daughter still doesn't have her Christmas present!! I have told her, in fact, not to ask for anything else from this company. I will not be buying from them when their customer service is this poor.

I wouldn't know anything about these boots since I was sent mens loafers instead. Unfortunately this was a Christmas present for my daughter. Imagine her surprise. It wasn't a good one. Now, I'm an understanding guy, and I realize mistakes happen. But, the aggravation and endless time on hold, compounded by being cut off by a message saying I would be contacted by Ariat which never occurred, is unacceptable!! Hire some CSRs, Ariat!!! I have now wasted almost 2 hours trying to get the boots I ordered! Really poor service. Will definitely turn elsewhere for her wish list in the future!

Ordered boots on the 14th of December and never got them contacted customer service 2 times and have gotten no response back. Will never order anything from company again.

What happened to quality control. I purchased 2 of these boots. I have always worn size 6 in ariats. I order size 6. One pair was a too big, heavy socks didn't help. The other pair was huge!!!!! A friend who wears a 7.5 bought that pair from me. The sizing on the boot was 6.

VERY disappointed, cheap sole, looks and feels like plastic !

Too small. The size 10's usually fit me beautifully, but these are too small.

Bought the terrain boots for work. Only 6 days and the toe has a hole. I wouldn't recommend.

Bought a pair of these in February, loved how they fit, seemed like a really good buy. I'm hard on boots, we have livestock, so they would get wet at least twice a day. About 2 weeks ago, started getting a hole in one of them, and now I can't wear them.

Never got them it says delivered but they are not here

Love the boot but returned it. The color was so off from the picture. Wanted a lighter color boot and when i got this one it was dark brown.

Plz do not buy this Boots they are extremely slippery and very dangerous to wear. I already had a bad fall with this Boots. No grip what so ever and definitely not water proof.

Loved fit and style. However, left boot had huge tanning flaw across foot. Black dye had not penetrated leather properly, hence the blue swathe. No problem with return.

Purchased these boots for my boyfriend in May 2023, in July 2023 they fell apart. He wanted a boot that would last roughly a year and was comfortable so he tried theses out. He ranches 6-7 days a week, so while these might not of been the best type of boot for him, after two months of wear, I would say these are poor quality.

The cheapest plastic soles, no leather! Nothing like the ones I have bought before. Very disappointed in the quality. Not acceptable

My boots arrived today. They were badly marked. I have arranged to return. Removed the paper jam in the printer. Then I had to uninstall and then re-install my printer. Will take the parcel to the post office tomorrow. I can't believe they sent out the boots in this state.

I have been through at least 10 pairs in the past 10 years. They are very comfortable but as noted by others, the toe wrap around doesn't last 6 months. Also, problems with the laces. I have finally decided to go to a different shoe in hopes of getting more than 6 month's wear. Currently I have 4 pairs sitting around here, but only the last purchase is still intact because I only wear them into town.

I have wide feet and was so excited to see you had wide width boots. I bought the Fatbaby Heritage Dapper Western Boot and couldn't get my feet in them. I return them and bought these. I still can't get my feet in them. Just to look at them they don't even look like a wide width. Very disappointed.

They aren't holding up as well as they use to, couple of months and they are already showing signs of seams coming apart.

I wore my boots a couple days a week for a couple of months. Noticed the left boot kept feeling loose. After looking at my boots I can easily see they're torn in a high stress area of lacing. It's clear the reinforcing stitching eas misplaced on my left boot... the person sewing them completely missed the stress area! As I looked st my right boot, the backstitch reinforcing stitching is in the correct area & thus that boot is fine and shows no defect! Please see attached pics!! I hope the good folks at Ariat replace my defective boots!!

Bought my first pair of Ramblers 7 years ago, size 10 1/2 EE. They've been my go to for everything from work, out on the town, weddings and funerals. When they wore out, I bought a new pair and received them today. The box and boots say 10 1/2 EE but as soon as I took them out of the box, I knew the EE part was way off but I put them on anyway. No way on God's green earth that these are an American sized EE. Maybe they are EE's in whatever country they are made in, but they are not American EE. They are way, way, way too narrow. These boots will be going back.
