Love the backpack. Super durable. A lot of convenient pockets. If I had any critique, it would be to have a larger main pocket opening. Small critique, though.

I have an older (12 years) Bravo pack that has seen a lot of travel and commuting so I purchased this model for my son in the military. He likes the discrete look and it has ample storage.

I am, unfortunately, very disappointed in this bag. My Alpha roller? Love it. My previous version Alpha backpack from ~2015? Love it. This current version, regardless of how it's packed, will not stand up on its own and slumps forward. Given that the ability to stand up in the trunk, in an airport, on a train, etc. was my favorite feature in the previous version, this one is very disappointing. Sitting on the floor, slumped forward like every other $75 backpack out there is not why I purchased this premium item, and it feels far from premium.

Best backpack I have owned

Everything is perfect with my backpack, it looks little but is full of space, easy to look inside, easy to grab any stuff from it, I love it!

Is the perfect backpack, for commute and travel, It goes with me all the time.

Nice mid-sized backpack. My least favorite feature is the internal top pocket -- this should be exposed and easier to get to. Rest of pack functions well and as expected from Tumi. I would recommend for light travelers.

Absolutely love this backpack! Truly wonderful.

This is perfect for me as I like to carry water with me and a protein shake, my search backpack can hit a 32 ounce yeti on the side pocket and a 22 ounce blender bottle on the other side pocket. Then it has enough space for my work folders and laptop in the laptop area. Then space in the larger zipper area for spare gym clothes and additional smaller pockets for more organization. I thought about getting the navigator backpack but it could not hold my 32 ounce water bottle

I bought this backpack for my husband so that it would match his suitcase when he travels. He loves the backpack. Very well made and lots of functional pockets.

Excellent backpack I just wish all the modular accessories attached in a way they wouldn't fall off
