I've never had this problem. Have over 75 pairs of Vans. One shoe is too big, and the other too small. Otherwise I love these shoes.

I think I just made a mistake overall. I love the simplistic design and colorI chose white. The problem is wearing these are almost a hazard. Because there is no ankle support and they are platforms it's really easy to roll your ankle.

They're so cute and I WISH they fit! I've never in my life had to order shoes in a wide fit but if they came out with these in a wide fit I'd buy in a heartbeat! Unfortunately they're don't offer them in wide so I had to return even with sizing up super disappointing.

The top part is white but the bottom platform part is an off white. False advertising. Also very narrow. I will keep as I don't like returning but not a happy customer

These stackforms are more narrow than my old vans. I have been a size 9 in vans for 35 years and my slip ons have always fit perfectly. I bought a size 9 in the stackforms and they were so narrow I had blisters! I've NEVER had blisters from a pair of vans, ever. So I threw them away (which broke my heart) and went back to the store and tried on a 9.5 and a 10. They are too big for me, but I went with the 9.5 so I don't get blisters again. The girl at the store told me she's been hearing that the new vans are coming out more narrow than before and that I needed to size up. I've had these new stackforms in a larger size for three days and I am already developing major calluses and my toes are sore. I held the new vans up against my old vans and they are most certainly more narrow than before. I'm pretty heartbroken over this. I've never worn anything but vans for decades but these new shoes just do not fit me. I mean, this is kinda devastating for me. I hope this is not a new trend, and if it is...I hope they offer a wider version. I literally do not know what I am going to do without Vans!

I've had these for just shy off a month and the rubber sole has almost entirely detached from the fabric on the inner parts of the toe box of both shoes. I wanted to love them because i love my platforms vans, but for the price they're not worth it. Vans has been going downhill for a minute now :(

i've had these shoes for less than 4 months and i've only walked in them, but there's already a hole ripped in the toe and the rubber sole has started ripping. i love vans usually but these stackform slip ons are terrible

I love these shoes so much. I've been buying these but not the plateform since high school. Never have they came apart from the side rubber from the fabric after a few wears until I bought these plateforms only had them for 3 months.

Wanted to love! I got them in my normal size 6 and they were too big and painful to walk in. 5.5 was too small and my heel would still slip out.

Hi. I've been shopping from vans for a long time up until now. I had this exact pair of platform vans for 8 years. These were my favorite shoes. I wore them out like you wouldn't believe. My dad had to glue the outside sides to the shoe because they'd rip from wearing so much like i LOVED these shoes. This is not a bad review on the shoes, more so how the company responded to me. I finally needed a new pair after 8 years and decided to go to my local mall to get one. I was wearing a size 8 for all those years so normally, I'd expect to be an 8 and the store wouldn't let me try on inbetween sizes (7.5-8) because they were lazy and told me to "just pick one I'm not getting multiple). So i went with. my gut and got the size 8. Went home just to find out they feel huge. I walk and the back of the soles slap my heel and back of leg almost like a flip flop. I went to the mall and tried to return them and the clerk refused to take them because they had a tiny mark on the sides which was from walking on my floor. They hadn't been outside at all. It's sad because I was a lifelong customer but if i'm paying $65-$70 for a pair of shoes, youd think the workers would care about how you felt about the shoes especially if you wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Do better vans, I get the vibe of trying to be a "cool and laid back company skater vibes whatever" but utilize the importance of professionalism when it comes to people who work hard for their money they're giving to you to promote your brand.

I bought these shoes because I loved the style and they were a great fit. After just wearing them 3 different times the rubber sides started to separate from the checkered material. I took them back because I assumed it was a defective pair and got a new pair but the same thing happened.

I bought two pairs and within months they both ripped. I was so shocked when the first pair ripped because it was so soon and I'm not as active. And then the second pair did as well the same exact way. They just don't make them like they used to. Years ago I would use them daily and I was super active and never had problems. Of course they torn but because I was very active and running all the time. This time it wasn't the same. Very disappointing because quality went down and price went up.

I am always one to buy Vans because I have wide feet and they fit me nice and comfortable. I've been wearing vans for over 7 years already and have never had a problem with the slip on ones. But with these, the soles are already coming apart and I've only had them for about 2 months. I only wear them to work and sometimes when I go out and about to run errands.

i've had these for about 3 weeks and they're already separating

Very disappointed in these shoes. They are great until you have to wash them. Water turns the white yellow. I have owned multiple pairs of these and tried all cleaning methods and it does not work.

I received these as a gift March 2024 and they're already falling apart by December 2024. I've had Vans that last years even if I wear them every day. These have never even been washed or dried. I'm very disappointed because I love them so much.

There is no way any person who is not color blind would consider these shoes "black and white!" I am a professional interior designer and considered a color expert. These shoes are black and BEIGE and hideous. It's the second pair we received this month that are different as described. You can't trust Vans anymore!

Disappointed to have purchased these shoes. The sizing is off, the back of the shoes rub you raw. They are very narrow and pointy, no longer rounded and comfortable. Wishing that I would have returned these. Will not be purchasing in the future.

I purchased the regular checkerboard platform shoe and when they arrived in the mail they were very obviously a cream color? They didn't even have a cream option, and it looks a bit funny a little disappointed because I've always wanted a pair of these and they look really funny.

They're super cute shoes but the side seam is coming apart from the shoe.

I've barely owned these three weeks. After only two wears, the rubber lining completely detached. They also squeak very loudly every single step, no matter what socks I wear. I'm so disappointed because they are so cute, and I normally love Vans.

They slip off with every step. Sizing down might not be best so I will return & get my money back. So disappointed bc I really liked the pattern.

I would have loved these but the delivery failed

I ment to buy the same cream color vans but the order never arrived. I have asked my neighbors and nobody has seen my package. I would like a full refund and hopefully my next order comes through which should same cream color but a size 9 1/2
