The elastic on the back of the shoe was to tight and it rubbed my foot until it was sore, and I wear two pairs of socks in my work shoes. The shoes were overall comfortable other than the rubbing on my heels.

I needed to buy insoles for these shoes, the ones they come with aren’t bad they just hurt after awhile. It has no ankle support so i twist my ankle a lot going up and down steps unfortunately lol. they are a little high up about an inch and a half off the ground. Gives you a height boost. Definitely can last up to 10 hour shifts without my feet hurting. !! Definitely recommend just be careful of twisting your ankle lol!

the shoe is cute and it’s reasonably lightweight but the elastic is so uncomfortable after a few days. if you get these shoes buy yourself padding for the top of your foot because it will hurt your feet. other than that they are pretty good shoes

THIS IS A GREAT FITTING SHOE…ONCE YOU WRESTLE YOUR FOOT INTO IT. FITS NICELY ONCE YOU HAVE IT ON, BUT IT’S A BAD DESIGN FLAW IN GETTING YOUR FOOT INTO IT IF YOU WEAR THICKER WORK SOCKS; MIGHT BE DIFFERENT IF YOU WEAR A VERY THIN ANKLE SOCK. I WAS CONCERNED THAT AFTER HAVING BEEN ON MY FEET ALL DAY, THE SHOE WOULD BE EVEN MORE TIGHT AROUND THE
ANKLE OPENING. IF THE MANUFACTURER WOULD HAVE CREATED A NORMAL OPENING, I.E. WHERE THE TONGUE OF THE SHOE OPENS UP, RATHER THAN A TIGHT-STITCHED “STRETCH” OPENING WHERE YOU HAVE TO FORCE YOUR FOOT INTO IT, WOULD HAVE SOLVED THAT ISSUE. OTHERWISE, i REALLY LIKED THE COLOR AND MATERIALS OF THE SHOE.

Insufficient padding on heels - the extremely hard protection rubs the heels causing GIANT blisters. Needed to purchase additional inserts/padding just to protect my feet from the shoes

The size was good, what I didn't care for was the neoprene lining around the opening of the shoe. If you stand on your feet for 10 hours, they start to swell, and even with thick socks on, that lining would constrict on the ankle, cutting off blood floor, and I was limping by the end of each night.

I ordered a half size up which I would recommend for comfort in the toes. The shoes have amazing cushion and arch support. There is just one BIG downside to these shoes. The back tongue that helps slide the shoes on stitching goes all the way into the shoe. This material scraped the back of my ankles rubbing and cutting my skin raw and I had to wear them my entire shift. If you buy these shoes I would highly recommend cushioned ankle socks or wearing bandaids every time they are worn.

The only thing I do not like about the shoe is the flexible ankle support. The ankle support digs into both ankles (right wayyyyy more than left).
