I love the look of these shoes and wish I could keep them; but they are too narrow for me. I will keep the SAS Twin; it's not as attractive but at least I can wear them. Thanks very, very much for carrying size 10-1/2. I can't imagine why other shoemakers don't carry that size as a standard. American women are not small, generally speaking.

I've been wearing SAS Easier shoes for years, size 5wide (C). The shoe I recently purchased (and returned) was so narrow I couldn't get my foot in the shoe.

The leather was not as soft as I thought it would be and they were not wide enough even with the double wide. They were a half size bigger than I normally buy and the length was fine but the width was not.

Returned shoe. Have UPS proof of delivery to Zappos. Not credited despite multiple phone calls to Zappos. Bad experience.

This shoe was so narrow in the toe bed. Squeezed y toes together! I can't wear a wide because the heel falls off. Sad, because for the price I expected better.

First ordered W, it was too tight; returned and ordered WW, still to tight and much to short. My toes were right up against the top of the shoe.

This shoe was so small that I checked inside it to see if I was accidentally shipped the wrong size. I am normally a 7 wide and this felt like a 6 regular.
