Perfect shoe for older feet

This shoe is so light it's like bouncing when I walk. I just love these shoes and I tell people they are so comfortable, I wear them to bed. Just kidding, but they are amazing.

I like the colors of the shoes and they are very comfortable.

I love running but after years of foot pain and inserts to help reduce plantars fasciitis, to the point where I would limp some days, I wondered if I would ever find the right shoe. Enter Hoka Mach 5, I was previously wearing Clifton's which were ok but still was having issues. Honestly, I originally bought a pair because I liked the white with gold lettering and wasn't expecting much. Currently, I own 5 pairs that I rotate. No inserts needed, no foot pain, like literally no plantars fasciitis since I started wearing these exclusively. I run 3-4 days a week, run races in them, even walked all day in Disney World in them. These have been a game changer for me, continue bringing those new fresh color ways! I am a true size 8 in my running shoes and that's what I take in these!

Feels like I'm running on clouds

I have been looking for a shoe for running outdoors as well as on the treadmill and these are perfect. Super comfy and bouncy. I ordered my true size and fits great

I had Achilles tendon surgery on my left foot a year ago and then surgery on my right a few months ago. I have tried a million shoes before and after my surgeries looking for the one shoe that would be comfortable as I recovered and used on the daily. The Mach 5 has honestly been a game changer! I found a shoe that is so comfortable, gives me support where I need and just has made me happy to be walking again pain free.

It feels like you are running on air. The comfort it brings to your body while running is like nothing I've felt before. I am training for a half marathon and could barely even get through a 20 min run, my hip was so tender. I decided to give these a try and if my hip still hurt, I would just give up on my training. On the very first workout, there was SUCH a difference, I was able to run at full speed for 3 miles. I couldn't even feel soreness in my hip! I was sold after that! I'll never buy another brand.

Great for walking and running

They are comfortable to wear for a long period of time without having achy feet. I mostly workout in them and run 2-3 miles in them. They have a lot of cushion without the bulky look.

The Mach 5 shoes feel like I am running on air. I ordered the wides since I have wide feet. I love that they offer this option, many other shoe companies do not. Hopefully I won't lose as many toenails!

Really comfortable

trained for and ran a half marathon in these and felt great.

This is my second pair of hokas, and I love them even more than my first pair. These are crazy light, very well fitting. I've injured both ankles multiple times, so it's important for me to feel supported when I'm walking/running. The way the sole heel is designed (wide) does just that.

I work in healthcare and am on my feet for over 8 hours a day. I have heard many great reviews on HOKAS in general being Comfortable to wear all day long. I finally broke down a bought a pair and I am SO glad I did. These shoes are so comfortable to wear all day for multiple days in a row. My feet do not hurt at all at the end of a busy work week!

So comfortable and stylish. My colleague can't resist after seeing me wear it and bought exactly thr same like mine... Hoka never failed us. My daughter has a 2 pairs and wears daily as she does her rounds in the hospital. This is my second pair, too, and relieves my back pain/sciatica issues as I walk long distances.

I use both pairs of my Hoka shoes for walking. As I walk daily, and have arthritis and other problems with my feet, I very much appreciate the support and cushioning of the Hoka shoes. They are by far the best shoes I've purchased for walking, and I could probably wear them all day. They will get tested thoroughly this fall in Ireland.

I used this shoe for running and gym ,I love the support, stability and comfort.

I've been training for a half marathon in these shoes for the last 13 weeks and it's the best running shoe I've ever tried. No pain no matter how many miles. Will absolutely repurchase in the future.

I went to a store that sold several styles of HOKA's. Tried all of them on, there were a couple I liked but the Mach 5 fit better and was lighter. They did not have the wide in stock, so I ordered the size I needed. These shoes have been great, so much so, that I found a wide on sale from a different site and ordered another color. The only thing I would say, that's not really negative in my opinion, is the color I really wanted you do not offer in a Wide. That would be my only issue, but it's not enough to give it a lower rating.

After trying other Hoka styles the Mach 3 was just right for the level of cushion needed for my short treadmill runs in my Barry's style workout class. Went for the Wide fit, very comfortable and true to size.
