This is my second pair of Bondi 8s and something isn't right. My first pair were AMAZING but this second pair is killing my feet. Something has changed with them in the last year and I hate that I spent so much money on them and now need another pair of shoes to wear to work

I have plantar fasciitis and was hoping I would have less pain while walking wearing these shoes but I don't notice any difference. Also, they are very big and rounded in the toe area which makes them kind of ugly.

Bondi is too big and clunky for me. I prefer Clifton. I am not a runner

I have flat feet so the shoes were not very comfortable for me. I had a lot of pain and blistering after running.

I have high arches and plantar fasciitis, I fell in love with the colors of these hokas and after receiving then and wearing them my feet were killing me. This Bondi is not for high arches and plantar fascia! I'm sad they don't have this color option on the other Hoka styles! Hoping they come out with this color for their many styles! Till then I'll have to search for the right hoka for my troubled feet!

I've bought Bondi 7 in the past and they feel more durable than Bondi 8. The sole of Bondi 8 is stiffer and not very cushioned. There is cushioning on the outside of the sneaker which is only decorative. Overall these sneakers feel cheaper and will not last that long

I have worn Cliftons previously in my run rotation, but bought these to help with heel pain after an injury. In my half marathon training, I took these out for a long run. A few miles in, the shoe felt large and clunky. A few more miles, my heel had no pain to speak of, however, I got very painful shin splints instead, which required several days of rest. I have never had shin splints. I will also say the toe box area is much smaller than the Cliftons.

Shoes were great for 2 months! But the rubber wore down to the foam within 2 monthsunwearable by 3 months. Disappointing given the price tag. Hoka service recovery was non existent.

I bought a blue/pink Bondi 8s, and the are majical. This is my second pair. So I thought I would buy the black/white ones as well. They feel nothing like the other pair

Need to return these for my mother, but it is impossible to get in touch with anyone "in person" to see what in store location to go to return them

I wanted to love these shoes, but they didn't work for me. I have since purchased a different Hoka shoe that is fine. My issue here is that I returned this shoe a month ago and have not heard a thing from Hoka concerning my return. If they haven't received it I would like to know, if they have received it, an update as to when I'll be reimbursed would be appreciated.

I love Hokas don't get me wrong I wear the Clifton 8 all the time, and I thought I liked these at first. I wore them for a walk and my feet were a little sore which I've never experienced from any shoe before. But I thought I just needed to break into them a little. The next day I wore them just doing things I needed to do around the house and my feet hurt so bad also shooting pain up into my legs. After I took them off my feel still hurt all night and I had leg and foot cramps all night as well. I really wish I liked these because they are so cute and comfy at first. But they aren't for me.

Really comfy shoe, but clearly too narrow. Normally don't have to order a wide. Requested a replacement of wide... the process is nice but takes too long to get the exchange. Would be better off doing a return and ordering a new pair.

I have been a huge Hoka fan and wore the Bondi 7s without any issues and ordered many pairs. This was my second Bondi 8, suffered through the first pair thinking it was just a fluke and was holding out for the 9s but had to buy something and bought this pair which is being sent back. I have a lot of feet and knee issues and this model made these issues worse

I have these a try because someone had said they were good for running. But after running 4 miles in them my foot ached and the arch of my foot burned. As if there was a stiff plastic in the shoe. I run about 3 miles every day. Will definitely stick to my brooks or ON.

I absolutely loved my Bondi 7's- so soft and comfortable I'm on my feet all day at work and walk outside daily averaging about 15k steps a day, so I decided to try out the Bondi 8 after running my 7s down to the ground. The light and plush feel is there, but EVERY pair I tried on the insole was digging into my arches, especially on my left foot. After reading other reviews I saw some people had the same exact issue. I don't have wide feet by any means- a very consistent 9.5B in all hokas but these were just so narrow on the foot and I was constantly feeling the insole go into my arches. Why is this? I'm so upset I love this brand and want something to feel good on my feet like they used to. Please bring back the Bondi 7 feel AND style

After having purchased at least 5 pairs of Bondi 7's in the past years, I decided to give the Bondi 8 a try. First, the toe box is much narrower but the soles stick out a good 1/2 inch on either side of the toe box. Hence, it looks like a clown shoe! The shoe itself was stiff. Wearing the Bondi 7 felt like walking on a cloud but the new shoe is highly lacking in that area. I walk at least 4 miles a day so I need support and comfort. Bondi 8 is just not the shoe for me.
Frustrated,

I had high hopes for these shoes according to the reviews. However at a size 11 they look like bulky boats or clown shoes on my feet. Furthermore, they're too tight!! If I order wide width, I fear my feet will look like a yacht. Sadly I have to return them.

The shoes are comfortable, but they are sooooooo ugly; I look like a clown wearing them. I returned a few pair of shoes, and is been a month and still no refund. Three weeks after I shipped them back, I called to follow up. They informed me that they received the shoes a week ago but need to wait 10 days to process the refund. This leaves a significant balance on my credit card, and the credit card company is charging interest. I am never ordering from them again; very disappointed with the customer service. I always shop based on a company's customer service

The Bondi 8 fit okay in the heel and instep. Loved the big toe box. Hated the lack of stability with these shoes! I felt wobbly and my knee started to hurt just from walking a few steps in them. The design of the shoe is strange! The front is like a regular size shoe pasted onto a pizza pan. I went back to my Brooks Traces for the stability.

Soft and cushy. The seam on the arch rubs my foot. I would think that you could cover the seam with the cloth that the tongue us attached with or move the stitching further up.
Right foot felt amazing the first time I wore the shoe, the left foot just made me want to cry. *sigh* there were hard plastic bits on the shoe insert and the seam or stitching is a constant irritation.
Maybe the left is too big or too sma) or not wide enough? Can I get a pair in two different sized?
I'm not sure if it's too big, small, narrow etc but the store doesn't have any size options (would be nice if the stores actually had a variety to try on!!!)
and the online store only accepts returns at USPS, would be nice to have UPS return option.
Anyway, I'm returning the shoes. Got any bondi 7s in stock?
They are too low in the heel when I play pickleball and too high when I play any sport or do any activity with quick turns as the shoe rotates sometimes making my ankle rotate and foot land on the ground far below (2 or 3 inches? It's not ideal).
Would be nice to have bondi 7 winter and kiking options too.
