I used to rave about my HOKA Bondi shoes, since I am on my feet 12 hours or more daily. These Bondi 8 do not have the 'walking on clouds' feel, and are actually stiff. Perhaps the x version are better? Very disappointed in this purchase, and will be returning them to find a more comfortable shoe for the price.

I have worked in a hospital setting for over 30 yrs...in 12 hour shift increments...constantly on my feet...and by far this shoe is the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever worn..my feet want to thank u ...Hoka...

Developed plantar fasciitis due to hypermobile joints. My arches collapse causing my foot to be wider and I have developed bunions. These shoes were comfortable as soon as I put them on and I can wear them all day.

Love these shoes, I have neuropathy from cancer, this helps with the pain on my feet. They are soft and comfortable. They've held up well to many miles of outdoor walking.

Great for walking. Podiatrist recommended these, I'm so happy he did.

Love my Bondi's! Fit perfectly and so comfortable. I know what my family is getting for Christmas this year!!

I have been wearing the Bondi's for years. The Bondi 8 is not nearly as cushiony/comfortable as previous Bondi's. I'm not sure why they changed it, but I hope they change back or else I'm going to have to find a new running shoe. So sad!

love my shoes

I bought the 8.5 wide for I've wide feet. 8.5 is really true to size and did feel comfortable once you put on the shoes. Then i started walking for a while, the heel part still great and cushioned, no complain on that, however I started to feel numbness, tingling at the middle part of both feet, that made me so uncomfortable I have to take them off to relax and stretch my feet out. I could be wrong, but I think the shoes are still kind of narrow for me even I got them in Wide. I have no problem on Wide with other brands. I did return the shoes. Maybe I shall order extra wide if they're available, I will try them again. If someone has normal or narrow feet, these shoes be perfect for him/her.

A little wide

As a Surgical Technologist, I stand in one place for long periods of time & then walk all over the surgery center. I purchased the "Bondi" shoes & it's been a lifesaver for my feet. I have plantar fasciitis & use my inserts from podiatrist. The Bondi Hoka's have worked great for me & my foot condition. For me, my feet feel stable & secure with a cushioned feel while walking & it doesn't cause foot pain while walking. I have gone thru several types of shoes due to my foot condition & the Hoka's finally worked for me. I would recommend this shoe to anyone in healthcare.

Thought this version was just as expensive, but quality was not up to past experiences. Tab at back was vertical and not horizontal. Past two Hoka I have purchased "squeak" when walking.. annoying!

I've been buying HOKA brand shoes for a few years. I always talk about how much I love these shoes! I am training for a half marathon and just recently bought another pair of HOKAs. I wouldn't buy any other brand of running shoe. These are the best!!

I am a senior citizen and use the Bandi 8 to walk on the treadmill. They are doing a good job regarding my speed and incline.

Use for my daily walk.

I've had every version of the Bondi and just love this shoe, please don't ever discontinue it! Great for long distance training, keeps my ankles, knees and body always feeling good... great support and cushion.

I wanted to like them so bad, but my feet were aching after work (nurse), I think the shoe isn't meant for someone that needs arch support. I ended up returning and getting the Clifton 9, which I love!

I'm still going to keep them and hope they will break in but so far (30 miles or so in) they are cruelly painful in the heel, and not as roomy in the toe box. The back of the shoe hits really low on the heel and digs in. Pretty sure there's bruising after today's activity. It's a good thing that my Bondi 7s still have some life because I need to swap them in after wearing the 8s or I can't even walk without limping. My morton's neuroma was helped so much by the 7s so I'm willing to see if I can get these shoes to work, but so far, they're not great especially for the price. I don't recommend. Actually I think I am going to investigate the plush entries from the other shoe manufacturers, there seem to be a lot more choices then when I first purchased my Bondi 7s. Too bad because I had been telling everyone how much I loved my Hokas and got a few friends to purchase them for themselves, they were soooo comfortable. Now I don't feel the same.

I ordered a 7W which is exactly the same size that I have now. The new pair was way too tight.

Awesome tennis shoes.

I wear to work 12 hour night shift . No pain ,no limping. Best shoes I have . My 5th. Pair this year. I like to change my shoes to match my uniforms.
