Once again, another "redesign" that completely changes the shoe. I LOVED my previous Bondi's; I work 12 hour shifts and they were the only things for YEARS that I was able to work all day and not complain about my feet or knees hurting at the end of the day. They had a wide enough toe box that I didn't pinch my toes either. These are awful; the supportive arch is gone and the toe box is SO MUCH more narrow (the recommendation from the rep was "to get a wide"; I don't need my whole foot sloshing around in a shoe, I just want room for my TOES, which is why I loved my prior Bondi's). This is the second time Hoka has made a redesign on a shoe I loved for the wider toe box (my first experience was with the Cliftons). The great part about "naming" a shoe, is that returning customers should (allegedly) know what kind of fit the shoe would provide; however, it seems Hoka has a knack for completely changing the fit of the shoe with every "new model". I'm incredibly disappointed in this fit and really wish Hoka would stop trying to fix what isn't broken; if you look at their competitors (brooks, asics, mizuno) their named shoe shape/fit/support has stayed the same for YEARS, with the only updates being colors - I really wish Hoka could get on board.

At first I thought the outer soles were too wide and would rub together while walking. It's happened once. The shoes are comfortable, however the price tag makes me feel Rincon is just as good but cheaper option.

I love the way they make my feet feel. I feel like I'm walking on a bed of cushion. My feet have never felt better. I went to the podiatrist for foot issues I suffer from. And he looked down at my feet and saw I had a pair of Hoka's on. He said that he was going to advise me to start wearing Hoka. I told him I was way ahead of the game.

I work in the Medical field and on my feet a lot. These shoes are very comfortable.

I bought this in April 2023 and within 3 weeks of use, the right shoe started squeaking. I've owned Hokas for years and this is the first time I'm having this issue. Maybe these Bondi 8s are being made with a different material causing the shoe to squeak loudly. I am sending back the product hoping that the replacement would not squeak. Beware before buying.

Love these shoes. They have helped my ankles and knees a lot. I wish the men's shoes came in 4E for my husband.

Everyday use walking for my back My Dr. recommended them.

My left foot loves it, my right foot is not happy where the tongue is attached in a strange place. Trying to "break it in" because I really want to make this my favorite but not sure.

I've been wearing Hokas for years. I've had joint and foot issues my whole life, and can no longer run, but I walk a lot. My orthopedic surgeon is a runner, and he wears them. I bought 3 pair this year. I've never been disappointed.

Great color. I know the fit. Love ordering direct to get the best size and color combos. Very sturdy and solid shoe. I wear everyday to work. Helps with plantar fascitis when you get good arch inserts. I feel balanced. Pain is less with good shoes. You can tell when they start to break down though and time to replace.

Love my new Bondi 8.wish toes box was slightly bigger like they used to be .really wish you'd elevate the colors less sherbet (old ppl colors) to a neon pink something FUN loved my Bondi 7 Black with raspberry trim .they are so geriatric .

I would definitely repeat this brand in another model. Feet feel well cushioned and protected

I've been working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and I am on my feet all day. I have tried every recommended work shoe out there. A few years ago, my husband's physical therapist recommended Hoka and I have been hooked on the Bondi every since.

Purchased 3 days before a trip, so didn't break them in. Walked 29,000 steps on the first day; 21,000 steps 2nd day; 18,000 steps on the 3rd day -- my feet (and back) felt great the entire trip.

Incredible sneaker and feels like walking on clouds !! They are also such a cool looking sneaker , so many compliments !!

The Bondi is still a good walking sneaker, however, there are some changes that have been made that give me some concern. The Bondi8 definitely feels more narrow than the prior Bondis. Also, the cushioning does not seem as "marshmallowy" as prior models did. That being said, I still feel the Hoka Bondi is the best walking sneaker. I have been walking as exercise for a LONG time. When I first got into walking, New Balance had a great sneaker out. But, as each new model of that sneaker came out, the nice, soft cushioning became less and less. It finally got to the point where it was no longer worth purchasing as they did not cushion my feet. I hope, that Hoka does not do the same thing with the Bondi.

I may have mis-ordered the Wide instead of Medium width: I can't tell if I like the width or not. But my heels are loving that sweet sweet Hoka cushioning.

Never a disappointment!! I work long hours on my feet. Nursing can be exhausting since you're always on the move. However, my feet never hurt and my calves never ache. Once, you break in your Hoka sneakers you're set!!! They are my must have for the last three years in a row.

Love these shoes. My niece recommended them to me for support of ankles, knees and hips. She is a personal trainer.

I like how there is a cushion soft spongy feel and no rubbing of material on no part of my feet. They feel comfortable and makes me want to sport walk and jog more. I like the extra thick sole and overall design that keeps my feet, legs, back and my whole body supported. It was nice for you to email me right away about the delivery; it actually arrived a couple days after the day I was informed it was here; I had to call the UPS store to inquire about it's location and it was left outside me and my family's security gate that early evening. My sister likes them but I did not know that her size is a half size smaller, the return label is already here for hers. I hope she is able to take her pair to a drop off site/location .. Overall, very comfy and pleasant shoes.

Due to my foot problems and working on my feet all day, I've been wearing nothing but Bondi 7s for the past two years. I've gone through 4 pairs in that time, including some that I got on clearance as they were discontinued. I was excited to try out the Bondi 8, but my feet started to hurt after only wearing them 45 minutes! Not sure why they are so different from the Bondi 7s but I will be returning them and I guess I am back to square one on finding shoes that are comfortable for work.
