These shoes are great for power walking if you have suffered with plantar. Really the softest cushion feeling shoes out there. I bought a pair to keep up N and one for the south when I am between homes.
They are pretty expensive is the only negative

This is my 2nd pair of Bondi 8s and I will continue to buy these for the foreseeable future! I have plantar fasciitis and the only way I can walk around all day and not be in pain is to wear my HOKAs. The stability that the wide base gives me, makes it easier to feel confident after multiple knee surgeries. I love that they have wide shoes. They are the perfect fit for me.

I love Bondi 7 and I have two pairs and was hoping I'd like Bondi 8 just as much, but sadly I do not.
My feet are on the narrow side and the Bondi 7 are perfect but my foot moves around in the Bondi 8, especially in the toe box. The material does not seem as durable as the Bondi 7 in the toe box either--it's thinner and I can see the outline of my toes and worry they will not wear well.

After trying the Bondi 8 and those not working well for me, the Hoka chat agent recommended the Gaviota 4 as more the style I was looking for. She was correct! I wear them when I'll be walking or standing a lot. As I've aged, I'm 58 years old, I began experiencing foot pain when walking a lot or standing for long periods of time. These shoes help so much.and I don't experience pain with them! Highly recommended!

I would not recommend to anyone with high arches. They make my toes numb, feet hurt and by the end of my 12 hr shift my knees ache. Never have had this issue with any other shoe.

I am very happy with my purchase. It is helping me tremendously with my current heel spur problem. I can't wait to finish therapy and start my real walks with my hojas. For now it's casual outings with them. The are so comfortable, it feels I'm walking on air. No pain. Foot, heel and ankle support and comfort. Highly recommend and worth every penny spent.

Bondi 8 wide, I have 7 pairs. The foot cage is very comfortable and cushioning is wonderful while I run long distance.

I bought this pair of HOKAs on the recommendation of my podiatrist and also my husband (HOKA wearer and endurance athlete). I usually wear another brand which I also love but wondered if their negative heel was exacerbating the pain in the ball of my left foot. Well, the pain decreased a tiny bit with my new HOKAs but is still there. That said. They are very cushiony and comfortable and my custom orthoses fit well in them. My only reason for rating them a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is due to sizinglike most companiesthey don't offer a size 11.5. I wear an 11/11.5 women's shoe and the 12 is a bit large. But, the toe box on HOKAs runs narrower than my usual brand so I also had to order a 12 Wide which I've never had to order before in my lifetime. Lol! But they fit well and, although a bit big, I can use lacing strategies to keep them snug enough. So, overall a great, cushiony, comfortable shoe, just need wider toe boxes in their regular width shoe and more sizing options.

I have been wearing Bondi 7. I love them. Bought Bondi 8 in the same size. They were too big. Customer service person said they were smaller than the Bondi 7. When you put the 2 sneakers together the Bondi 8 was clearly larger than the Bondi 7

These shoes are amazing, I wear them everywhere for everything because they have helped reduce chronic knee pain and even my posture has improved. I just ordered my 3rd pair.

The shoes did not fit comfortably ~ I have two pairs of Hoka Bondi 7 shoes that are excellent fit, but the Bondi 8 style did not work for my feet.

I love HOKA shoes. This is the Bondi 8 and it is extremely comfortable. I did a lot of walking recently on a trip and even though I had recently had foot surgery, the shoes were so comfortable my foot hardly hurt at all. I would buy these again.

I've been having a lot of my problems with my feet lately agravated by a lot of time on the treadmill trying to lose some weight. I have a bunion that requires surgery that I'm delaying until I can lose weight on one foot and peroneal tendonits in the other. Since purchasing these I am hurting less and able to get back to the treadmill more. I am also finding that I'm actually wearing my Hoka's more during times when I'm not necessarily just exercising because they are giving me so much relief from the constant pain I have been having in my feet.

These are my first pair of HOKA'S. I am not used to how bulky they look so it might take a while for me.
The color is great but the toe space looks very wide. The shoe fits properly but again, I'm used to wearing more streamlined shoes.
