Great shoes for comfort.
The only issue I've had with the past 4 pair is the Heel material wears out quickly. Plastic insert digs into heels. Should definitely redesign the Heel support and Fabric.

Second attempt at a review of this product. Shoe developed a hole inside, back heel, giving me a blister. Never had this problem with Bondis in the past. Very disapppointed. I had not worn it that much. Wish I could get a refund for it.

I will I never buy shoes from Zappos again. Hoka are a good brand. They usually hold up, but this round the blue had all faded away from the souls on the sides, which is disappointed to make them look trashy all my other hokas is which I own five or six have never done this and I bought them in November and I should’ve returned them probably in January when this was a problem, but I’ve had no time. that being said, I will not be buying through Zappos again because they don’t stand behind the products they carry.

I bought these for my husband. Hokas are all he wears. I had to return the first pair as the wrong size was sent. Once the new size 14 arrived, he was a happy camper. He is diabetic and finds Hoka offers the comfort he needs both in support for his feet, and his knees and hips don't hurt. They are a stiff shoe, so if that's not your thing, you might want to keep strolling on by. Otherwise, my husband actually has two pairs - one for running and one to wear when we travel.

This is my third pair of thr Bondi 8 mens shoe. I am a woman, but prefer this shoe in the men's for the wider toe box. It's a great shoe for long walks and general workouts (resistance training, HIIT, etc).
I do wish it came in more colors. Seems the colors are getting more and more neutral each year.

I’m very happy with these shoes and they felt comfortable right away. I had ordered a previous version couple of years ago and it had less comfort and support and actually took me a few weeks of wearing before. They felt good on my feet. These ones were excellent from day one

ordered for son who normally wears 10-10.5 med, ordered the 10.5 since they were sneakers, seemed a little bit large for him around the ankle was afraid they might rub didn't seem especially too long. Most likely will try another style Hoka as he liked the style, returned. Plus he is used to wearing Nike which seem to run smaller.

These are positively massive shoes. But in my mind that’s a good thing! Super comfy and will help on my runs, if I don’t trip because my feet are so huge. (Despite their exterior architecture, they are true to size.)

Ordered Bondi 8 for my husband, great price! He tried on inside on carpet and seems to like them as he likes a more built up heel and sole. Hopefully they will work for him, he is not a shopper relies on me to order most things for him.
My son saw them and now wants a pair which I just ordered for him while the sale is going on.

I won't lie. I had my doubts about Hoka and their shoes, even though they were raved about online. Then on a whim, I bought a pair - the Bondi 9.
I am a plus sized person so it's an adventure to find a pair of walking shoes that feel comfortable while maintaining their sole integrity. After wearing them (I had 1 day of breaking them in), I take back all the doubts I had about these shoes. They are so comfortable - "pillows" as others have described looking them. Every step feels light and helps me walk around.
I highly recommend these shoes for anyone looking for cushioned steps.

I am a 31-year-old individual who developed plantar fasciitis and back pain upon reaching the age of 30. I commenced going to the gym to lose weight, as I currently weigh 300 pounds. When I wore these shoes for the first time to run on the treadmill, I felt revitalized, reminiscent of when I was 18 years old and weighed 190 pounds. I have tried Under Armour, Brooks, Skechers, and Nike shoes, but these are significantly superior.
