I've been wearing various models of the Bondi for years and have always been satisfied. The Bondi 8 unfortunately feels slightly cramped in the toebox. I plan to keep going as I like them otherwise, but I hope my forefeet survive. (Please make the Bondi 9 with a roomier toebox!)

Ran for the first time in these for about 10 miles. The first 3 the shoes were comfortable and felt good. Then after the 5th mile I started feeling an extreme level of pain in my ankle. After finishing my run my legs and feet began to experience a pain I never felt before. My feet were full of blisters and every joint in my legs was just in pain. I'm really disappointed in this product and as an experienced runner this was my probably my worst run ever. Now if you just want to walk in these then they're great but as far as running please choose another shoe.

I have been having issues with my Morton's neuroma. When I walk I get a shooting needle like pain in my left 4th toe. I have been searching for shoes for quite some time that would cushion enough to help me walk for longer distances. I enjoy getting out and walking 3+ miles several days a week and these are the first shoes that I have found that get me through my walk pain free. The only knock I have is they took some time to work in on my heels. I had blisters on the outside of my heels for about the first 5 times I wore them. A little KT tape and some patience and I was good to go.

The left shoe fits my foot perfectly with one sock. With one sock, my right foot slips in the shoe, particularly when going up hill. With a second sock, it feels like it fits better, but still slips going up hill. I have never had a problem with other brands of shoes that I have purchased.

This is my second pair of shoes from you guys and because of these my back does not hurt like it use to so thank you for your product. If you can get them on sale is when you really get a couple pairs.

Why I returned these pair of Hoka?! First because of bulkiness of those shoes and THE MOST IMPORTANT the arch support is way too much for my feet and its arch shape! When I tried to do walking on flat ground or treadmill, when I tried to run, each step hit back strongly to my knees and I still suffer!!! I just tried those shoes three times and no comfortable at all, looks beautiful but uncomfortable.....

I love the Bondi 8! I bought the exact same pair a year ago and after 2.8 million steps last year wore out the outer right edge of both shoes (I supinate or strike harder on right heel and wear off tread). The base on the Bondi 8 is wider in the back or built differently than the Bondi 7 & that was an EXCELLENT improvement! Much more stable feel to shoe while the comfort remains plush! Love them, like walking on clouds!!

I purchased these shoes and ran about 50 miles on them. The soles came unglued and the shoes started to fall apart. I returned them for an exchange, per the Hoka instructions ,4 months after purchase. It has been 5 weeks and Hoka has not responded

Solid Shoe...only complaint is the tip of the shoe gets dirty easily, I have many pairs of sneakers, somehow only my Hokas get dirty there. Other than that, nothing to add that hasnt already been said.. 4th pair for a reason

All I can say is .Please bring back the style of the Bondi 6!!! They were perfect. Why change perfection? Due to the changes, I can't wear these. The heal is too low and the toe box rubs against my outer toe. Until these issues are mitigated, I'll have to find an alternative. So sad :(

Broke fourth and fifth metatarsal foot bones playing tennis. Was subsequently in a cast and then walking boot for five months. Still not completely healed, but now finally out of walking boot. Was limping with other shoes and feeling some discomfort, but not now wearing these Hoka shoes. They are very comfortable and only limping occasionally. Great recovery shoe!

I am disappointed that the fit is very snug - running small. Shoes are fine - not as supportive as other shoes I have walked-in.

These might be perfect on a different pair of feet, but not so much on mine. Heel area felt a bit pinched and the insoles are minimal at best. Going to try the wider version with real insoles and see how that goes.

This is my first pair of Bondi shoes in three years. I wore my Bondi 6 shoes until they simply wore out, then I switched to two others styles of Hoka shoes as I was recovering from my back surgery. I can do very little sustained running these days, but my new Bondi 8s are my go-to shoes for long, moderate-pace walks and for when I will be standing for a significant period of time.
The extra cushioning of the Bondi 8 allows me do what I need or want to do in comfort -- my feet don't get sore -- and insures that I will not wake up to back stiffness and soreness the next day.
Great shoes!

Am enjoying my 2nd pair of HOKAs while still wearing my first! They fit well, are comfortable and look good (even out in the business world). Barbie would have Ken wearing these for ssure!

I've had several Hoka shoes over the years, including other Bondis, and have reliably been a size 12 regular until this pair. These were considerably narrower. Fortunately, Hoka's return policy is super easy and quick, and I reordered the shoes in 12 W, which fit great.
