I wanted to love these as much as I love my Hoka walking shoes--great idea and lots of fun colors--but they aren't a good fit for everyone. I bought a pair for my husband and a pair for myself. He has a wide foot and felt his foot was hanging off the side. I have an average to slightly narrow foot and the right shoe is great but my left foot slips too far forward in the open toe. My husband gave his to someone who will appreciate them and I wear mine around the house and wearing socks would probably solve the problem for me.

I purchased these because of the beginnings of plantar fascitis in my right heel. These slides helped with that enough that I can wear my other shoes without discomfort. I deducted a star because they are really too wide for my foot. Because they are for both genders, I believe they were made to be wide enough for men as well as women. That is a problem if you have a medium woman's foot. I would still buy them again.

I have plantar fasciitis & this slides are the best! I wear Oofos too but love my slippers! I want to purchase other colors. Hope this goes on sale too

I love the scandals .They are comfortable.I wear normally an 8.5 which they don't carry.Why?? I purchased the 8Please bring in half sizes! Also a little less wide.Otherwise I love the scandals.

I needed to replace my thong-style HOKA recovery sandals, and I wanted a pair that were more stable when they got wet. I was sliding out (and off!) my flip flop-style sandals. I love the cushioning of the slide sandal, but I still slip around in them because they are wide. My foot is a medium-wide (woman's) width, so I think the sandal is made to accommodate wider, bigger feet.

Very comfortable once you get them on, but I would prefer a little more width. I normally wear a 10.5 but bought size 10 because they are only available in even sizes, and I was swimming in the size 11. I fit perfect from heel to toe, but my little toe barely fits in the forefoot area.

I like these but don’t love them. My husband has a pair I bought him years ago and I like his better. These I bought for a transition shoe between an orthopedic walking boot I had to wear after breaking a toe and real shoes. They are comfy BUT my feet slide around in them too much. My toes wind up too far forward so I wonder if I should have bought the next size up. I’m not returning them because they make a fine around the house shoe.

Fits fine When I wear socks. Wish I didn't have to but these are very comfortable. Unisex is a bit wide for me, but, oh well not available in women's regar size 12.

You advertise the slide as a recovery slide. It lives up to that in every way. I love the way it relieves my foot discomfort after long walks. That said I have a very narrow foot. The slide is so wide I can barely keep it on my foot. I can only imagine the relief possible IF I could get it to fit my foot. Taking all this into consideration...I never considered sending it back! It's everything you said. It just doesn't fit my foot.

This slide is so big on the top my feet just keep coming out when I walk. Recommended if you have wider feet, larger feet. Mine are narrow and didn't have a chance in these. Too bad because the did feel good.

I bought this Hoka slide in black and a ladies size 8 (sized up from 7.5 because no half sizes). I got the 8 because I purchased the exact same slide in cream from another retailer 6 months ago. These in black from Zappos are a 1/2 size to a full size smaller than the cream ones from another retailer. Also, the black from Zappos are not as squishy as my cream ones. Definitely a difference in comfort, I find the cream ones from the other retailer to be more satisfactory (size, comfort). I'm going to keep these but I'm a bit bummed at the difference. These black ones from Zappos BARELY fit, but I don't feel like returning and doing another search.

These slides are not very comfortable and therefore I cannot see them as a recovery slide. They are a bit stiff and the grooves in the sole of the sandal are bothersome unless you wear them with socks (no I'm not that guy, I use them after baseball games). I have a pair of competitor slides which are much more comfortable. I tend to wear these until I get home and then change into another more comfortable slide
