This is definitely an upgrade over the last model. I had bought the Slide and when I saw the 3 come out I used the 30 day return (super easy) and now I have the 3 model. The arch support is awesome and it doesn't push you over to the outside so the comfort is amazing. This is a slip on and has no heel portion so be aware of that but these are still way better than any of the "Aligator" brand slip-ons out there.

I have very bad feet. I'm a severe overpronator, collapsing arches, have heel pain in my right heel along with a messed up ball toe joint and my left ankle always gives me problems. I was recommended Hoka shoes and decided to try these slides as I was in severe need of new house slippers. After two days I could already tell a difference in how much my feet hurt. These didn't completely get rid of all my foot problems, but they cut down on about 98% of the pain. These are nice and cushioned and have good arch support. I bought the unisex size M7/W8 and they fit wonderfully (I usually wear an 8 women's in shoes and Hoka site recommends an 8 wide women's for me). The shoes soften up and stretch just a little after enough wear to fit even better. They don't seem to absorb odor, even though they can make your feet a bit sweaty. I usually wear socks with mine since the design on the soles can be a bit uncomfortable against your foot as well as the strap rubbing against the top of your toes a bit. One thing that I really like about them is that with socks or without the slides won't fall off my feet. They stay in place the whole time without any slippage. Without socks they do make that flip flop slapping sound against your foot when you walk though so if that drives you nuts you might want to consider only wearing them with socks. I personally don't wear mine outside so I can't speak for their durability in the outside world but they hold up well enough for a full day of walking around the house working. One thing I will say to keep in mind is that you may notice if you are standing still for a long time your feet may start to hurt even while wearing these. I've noticed these are more for helping your feet while walking than for while standing stationery, as the pain subsided the minute I begain walking around again. This circumstance could just be unique to me though. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision for yourself!

I tried my friend's hoka sandals and loved them. But I am between sizes and the one I ordered was too big for my foot. Maybe I will search for a store that sells them to figure out what fits me best.

Love the shoe, very comfortable. I usually wear a size 7, I purchased a size 6 and it's still very roomy. But I like it and would purchase a pair for my husband

I really enjoy these after workouts and around the house, super plush. They are a little snug and I had to size up from my regular shoe size and still have to 'wiggle' my foot in. Would probably be too snug to wear with sock

I found the Hoka slides to be supportive much like a Clifton and this was a big plus. However, if you have hair on the top of your feet and don't wear socks while wearing the slides, I've found that the rubberized tops can pull that hair causing discomfort. It looks like this might be changed on later models, but I'm alright with this only because of the sale on this first generation. All things considered 4/5 stars at the sale price.

These are great for shuffling around the house. If you need recovery from working out or running a lot, they are great. But dont expect to use them much outside. They fit VERY loosely and run big. After reading all the reviews, I bought a full size smaller than my usual shoe size and they are STILL huge on me. Overall, they are super comfortable and my feet feel great, but the sizing could use some work from Hoka.

I really like hoka footwear but they can be variable in sizing. I have several pairs of Hoka sneakers that vary in width with some being too narrow and some perfect and comfortable. With these I like them and they fit well without socks but are tight with socks. I'm a 9.5-10 in shoes and these run a bit smaller than most size 10. I got a 10 and they fit on the more narrow size. Not uncomfortable but could be a bit roomier. I have worn them around the house and like them but only without socks (which is how I would mostly wear them outside anyway). I'm hoping they stretch a little bit over time to be more comfortable.
I'd also recommend:

The shoe does run small so take that into account especially after a run and your feet swelling a bit. I sized up by 1 size and they fit perfectly finemaybe a little on the smaller end but they fit. The shoe is light but I seem to have a hard time placing my feet in a way that doesn't start hurting or bothering my knees. I'm still getting used to them so let's see how this goes

I did not expect the size to be much bigger. I wear size 11 and choose the M11/W13, when the item arrived, its at least 2 inches longer. Its very comfortable though and relax.

The sole has a rocking motion that reduces how much my toes have to push off on each step. That really reduces the pain under the ball of my foot. I got them to wear at home.

I just can't walk around barefoot anymore. These slides are really comfortable for me to wear when I get home from and the gym after being on my feet all day. Only complaint is that I find them a little narrow.

Bought these for recovery days and they are very comfy, but watch the sizing as they tend to run on the narrow side. Using their foot-trace sizing method led me to get a size 8, which was far too narrow; I had to go up to size 9 to get adequate width.
