These shoes are much cuter in person than in the photos. I was very happy with the overall style of the shoe and the level of foot bed cushion and support. The only issue was that the straps around the ankle were poorly position for my foot. Half an inch higher or lower probably would have worked, but as they are designed they were constantly snagging on the bony bump on the outside of my ankle. I had purchased these shoes with the hope I could walk long distances in them, but with the design, I would likely blister within 5min of wear. Sadly had to return.

Runs small due to the back strap. The footbed fits well, but the strap isn’t long enough to go around your foot. Odd fit.

Stylish and so comfortable. Your in a heel but doesnt feel bad as it’s platform height! Great shoe if you have high arches and plantar fasciitis issues. Love these!!! Sofft is my go to the last few years. With some Vionic brand thrown in.

I am a veteran school teacher already stocking up on back to school shoes for my troublesome feet. These felt good right out of the box. Wore them all day with comfort and ease. These will be great on trips that involve lots of walking too. I got in them in black, orange and brown (yup I am that person) and I will say the fit was a little different for each shoe of the same size. No biggie just something I noticed. Love them!

The fit was fine. The leather on the shoes is stained.

I ordered and tried on countless Sandler for the summer wedding cruise. Truly! And this fashionable style, with the metallic strap is the all around winner. And So comfortable with the extra padded footbed. I will be wearing these sandals everyday with dresses, shorts and joggers.

These sandals have a great style and comfortable foot bed. I have another similar Sofft style sandal that fits very well, however, the upper straps near the ankle were too tall and rubbed on my ankle bones, making this pair a no-go for me.

I love these shoes; they have great arch support and a very padded footbed. After surgeries on both feet, I struggle to find shoes I can stand and walk in all day, and these are the most comfortable I’ve found in several years. They’re also look great!

My ankles apparently aren't even, because the right shoe was OK but the strap on the left shoe hit my ankle and was not comfortable. Clearly, not the manufacturers fault. However, the back strap is oddly short, and oddly designed, so there is only about 1/2" leeway in adjusting the velcro strap. Seems as though nobody tried it on when they were designing this shoe. I'll try again, this brand has comfortable sandals and I will find one that is comfortable for me!

I had these delivered and loved them, but the straps were peeling off and a sticky residue as on the sides, so I had to exchange. The second pair fit great. I plan to wear to Disneyland this week and have been wearing them around with no problem of the straps rubbing my ankle weird like I read in other reviews. My biggest complaint is that I have very wide feet so I am right on the edge of the sole.

Not cute in person. Toe box was narrow. Not like the fit I bought a few years ago.

Super cute shoe! Here's the but....I agree with other posters. The strap around the ankle is way too high and hits the ankle bone. The rest of the shoe is super comfy though. If you can handle the strap height, I say go for it!

The guy in front was too tight. I have blisters on both my pinkies. I love Sofft and have several Sofft sandals and never had issues with fit.

These shoes are super cute and I wanted to love them. There were two problems 1) As another reviewer experienced, the buckle hit right on my ankle bone and made the shoes painful to wear and 2) the buckle strap was very difficult to thread through the buckle because the Velcro on the strap made it too thick to be inserted in and out of the buckle without a great deal of effort.

The clasp was impossible to close.
