These run big. I like the style a ton but the heel is coated in plastic and feels heavy. My heel lifted off and I had over a thumb width amount of room at my toes.

Not sure why there are reviewers on here talking about poor quality. These boots were individually packaged so well to ensure proper care. Ive had these for about three weeks now and the quality of these boots are superb, they look great, and theyre comfortable! So stylish love them!

These boots run big! I wear a 9 in booties so bought a 9 and I could size down to 8-1/2. Love the style and comfort.

I love the look of these but the heel which extends past the back heel of the foot cause me to take too long a strides. Sounds funny, but it was the case for me. I do walk well in high heels but the heel is just to awkward for me. Though I really love the look of them. Leather is soft and quite refined looking.

The Winnie is true to size for me - an 8.5 ( I typically wear an 8.5 or 9). It is a beautiful bootie, but the heel is bit chunky for my preference. However, that heel makes them extremely comfortable.

This is a very cute shoe, but if you have wide feet, beware, because your feet about to look wider. It’s very tight across the ankle, thus it makes you look like you have swollen ankles. Very cute, but not for me :(

Overall great boot for some. True to size. I'm a 7, ordered a 7. Comfortable right out of the box. For me this was not the boot! The boot was overall larger than expected. The heel was too clunky/ big for me. I know it's on trend, just a little bit for me. Overall great boot though. Love Sam Edelman. Will always purchase Sam shoes and boots

The boot is a bit heavy but walkable during my trip to NYC. I wouldn't walk in them the whole day but very doable for the museum then walk to lunch and dinner. A good stylish IN boot right now with a good price point. I'd grab them whip I could!

I'm obsessed with the style and fit of this boot! My one note is that it is much lighter than it looks in the pictures. It's more of a bone color than it looks, only slightly off white, and I was expecting a little more beige or nude than that. Beyond that, obsessed. So unique and fit for all seasons

I was in love from the second I opened the box. Then I tried them on. I have high arches and these boots are CLEARLY not made to accommodate that. Even though I could get them on and zipped up they were way way too uncomfortable to wear. Back they go. So sad. They're gorgeous. The leather is perfection. Dang.

The shaft on these is huge! If you have skinny ankles, you can carry a small kitten around inside the shaft of these boots. I hate that I’m having to return.

Beware! These boots have a large block heel which alter your gait. My knees hurt after a day of wearing them. I thought the square toe would be comfortable but no, two days after wearing them I still have severe toe pain. There is something about this design that does not work with my feet.

Cute design! I ordered two different sizes and both were very stiff. In one size there was a prominent scratch and the other had multiple scratched. For both shoes, you can clearly see the glue in the heel area.
