I bought these in March and they had normal every day use at my education job. They didn't get used much through the summer since I used a Vionic flipflop through the summer. I have to say, the shoes simply do not hold up. Currently, the barely there arch support that was there when the shoes were new is now nonexistent and the rubber on the bottom of the shoe is falling off. I cannot in good faith recommend this shoe to someone who really needs support with feet issues like plantar fasciitis, like me.

These shoes are big, cloddy, thick and uncomfortable. I am noticing a trend with Vionic shoes. Even their leather loafers are no longer made with softer material (leather) making the shoes harder on the feet.

Will return these as they are heavy and hard, feel clunky on my feet. I'm disappointed as usually Vionic brand has been a good one for me.

I got these hoping for a good walking shoe that would give me the support I need. This is the first pair of Vionics I've had that just didn't feel good. The arch didn't hit in the right place and I had to return them.

I liked the look of this shoe, but for me, it didn't work out. I have plantar fasciitis, and a wide foot, so I'm pretty picky about my shoes. I wore these on a trip to Colorado, and my feet were killing me after just a few hours of walking around. I find the toe box to be a bit tight, and the support not as strong as I have in other Vionic shoes. There were a no for me unfortunately.

The footbed is very hard but arch support is great. . I bought these to walk in, but they hurt my feet. I tried adding extra cushioned supports but then made the shoe too tight.

The Vionic walkers aren't as great as they use to be. The design and comfort has changed. Dont know if cheaper materials were used or what. Really disappointed since tis was my go to for my foot pain. I also heard this from another person who said the same.

I am a big fan of Vionic footwear. I have 12 pairs of sandals and wedges in my closet. When I saw these walking shoes I thought they would be great for work. I am a nurse and I am on my feet all day. I am disappointed in the fit Arch support and comfort. The arch support is minimal there is little to no padding under the ball of the foot and the size runs small. I wore them to work and wore them just a short time because they were so uncomfortable. This shoe does not live up to the standard I am used to in Vionics. Terribly disappointed and unhappy.

I just recieved my Walker Classics. I read the reviews but still decided to try them out. As soon as I recieved them I tried them on. For starters the arch support was no better than any other tennis shoe that claims to offer arch support. The shoe rubbed my pinkie toe. I ordered a 7 wide which was not wide at all because my toes kept rubbing with the sides of the shoe. They were very noisy. The arch area did seem to be wider which made my feet look like bricks. I just started using Vionic shoes and I LOVE them but I think they should improve their tennis shoes. I don't know if I would give another model a chance.

It was too tight around the ankle. It hurt my ankle and was sore after 1st wear. I do not recommend them. And I could not return them so it was a waste of money.

I returned this shoe because of the deep grooves in the bottom that catch on anything like carpet stairs etc.

I have many feet issues mostly bunions and overpronation. I liked these at first and the support felt good but after wearing them for maybe a few weeks they just weren't comfortable. Felt like maybe too much support or maybe in the wrong places for me. Too boxy and didn't feel right. I keep trying again but they just don't work.

I purchased these about 2 weeks ago. They arrive right on time. I wanted to love them but they hurt my feet. they are too wide (and I take a wide) the arch support isnt supportive. I put in my own arch supports for what I need. I suffer from plantar fascistic I heard from friends that these shoes are THE BEST for this condition. Not so for me .....or at least not yet. I havent given up on them but I cannot wear them all day long yet.

Going to return this pair because the size is not true...a whole size too small and even though I ordered wide it was a bit too tight. Except for the sizing it's a very good quality shoe...well made. Going to get the next size up after returning this pair.

I tried this shoe in 2 sizes (10 + 10.5) but neither gave me the comfort and support I've had from other Vionic shoes. The 10 had a seam that rubbed against the top of my left foot and felt too short on both feet. The 10.5 seemed the right size but made my knees ache. I really want a good sneaker with sufficient padding for daily walks as well as errands and was disappointed that this one wouldn't work. Now I'm uncertain what to look for in a different style. I've been wearing Vionics for more then 5 years and do find inconsistency in fit and comfort from one style to the next. Sandals seem the best option and size 10 always works however some of the sandals have more comfortable padding even when they appear to have the same construction. It's discouraging...

The arches didn't fit in the right place and didn't have enough support. My feet hurt after wearing about 30 minutes.

Wore them around the house and found them heavy and "chunky" but thought they would still be good for walking because they have excellent support of arch & ankle and were fairly comfortable. I decided to wear them to a music festival with a lot of walking/standing and really regretted it. They were so stiff and heavy that they messed with my stride and caused a lot of joint pain after much walking. Also my feet hurt so bad by the end of the day. This was very unexpected since I have been so impressed with other Vionics shoes. Sad to say I would not recommend these shoes.

I bought the 9w too big so returned for an 8 1/2 w but that was just overall uncomfortable. Hurt in certain places. I must say customer service is excellent no problem with either return.

I love the arch support provided my my Vionic flip-flops which I wear every day all day when I'm at home and walking or standing on hard floors. I was eager to try the Vionic sneaker and ordered the Walker Classic a half size larger than my usual size 8 in order to accommodate the big toe which has been known to give me trouble occasionally when the nail gets a little too long. That said these size 8 1/2 sneakers (all of my other shoes and sneakers are size 8 regular width) hurt about 1/8 mile into my walk. I finished the 2-mile walk took them off and never put them on again. That's a lot of money for one walk! I don't feel I can return them because I wore them once and threw away the packaging. I guess I will be gving them away to a worthy charity.

These shoes don't fit my feet as well as the other Vionic shoes I have. I purchased these for exercise - walking specifically. After 2+ weeks of breaking them in I have HUGE blisters on my pinky toes. The width is good but the toes and heel feel sloppy. The heel to toe motion is not smooth (the word 'clodhopper' comes to mind). As far as plantar fasciitis goes they perform perfectly as always - no pain whatsoever. My feet also felt overheated quickly. I'm going to return this pair and look for a comparable mesh design instead. The leather design just isn't for me.

These are good looking but do not come in narrow which I need. So they are a little floppy with my foot shifting inside.

When I initially tried the shoes on I didn't feel like the arch was in the correct location. I was not able to tie the shoe tight enough for comfort.
