These run a size bigger and they are darker than they appear

I purchased these pants to wear for my job as a middle grade school teacher. They are perfect for my outfit as I was aiming for something between everyday and formal.
The are cut and sewed like jeans and fit more like jeans than formal pants, but they are, by far, the most comfortable pants I have ever worn.
Unfortunately I took a tumble on blacktop today during recess, and tore a hole in one pair. I came back on the site thinking of ordering more, and I'm sure the price has gone up quite a bit since last summer.
Also, I had originally bought black and acorn colors. I was planning to buy another acorn sometime, but it looks like that is no longer an option. Fawn is too light for me. The real ideal color would be a nice medium gray.
Wrangler, you've got a nice pair of pants here...
...offering them in only 2 colors is pointless
(read the reviews, other people are begging for gray)
...offering them in only one fit is pathetic
...not to mention that they're overpriced
Will I buy more? Maybe...but in the meantime I'll have my eyes open for other options.

These jeans run tight I'm a solid 38 on or makes of jeans these were very tight in the waist and also a bit baggy for a slim fit

Probably the best fitting jeans I own but they frayed at the hem after a couple washes. Should not do that for the price.

Jeans fit and look great. A pocket rivet fell off after the first washing. That shouldn't happen for the price

I've got 3 pairs of Retro slim fit jeans. They fit great. The Jacksboro, unfortunately, is baggy in the waist and thighs. It fits like standard cowboy cut jeans. I also tried a hot wash and dry, but they are still baggy. The cut is just wrong.

I have other retro slim fit straight Wrangler jeans that are a great fit. I ordered this pair because I wanted a lighter color. These are no way the sale fit. The waist is not to size and the thighs are not slim, but are more like a standard fit. Wrangler missized these. I hoped a hot wash and dryer would help but it does not.

I've had about 9 pairs of these jeans in the last 3 years. Im tall and skinny and they fit me to a T. It never fails, after about 6 months, they inevitably rip on the back middle seam at the butt...every, single, pair. I wear them for work, but I'm a Project Manager, I don't exactly put them through the ringer.

I returned the product because although the jeans were marked as the correct size, they were too large.

The front pockets are so small I can barely get my hands in. Not the quality I expect from Wrangler

Needs to be slimmer in the thighs and butt area.

Wrangler QC is all over the place. Getting the right fit is a crapshoot because sizing is inconsistent. I bought this exact same jean a year ago, a 34 waist, and fit was perfect, no baggy thighs and seat. The pair I just bought is a 33 and thigh and seat has excess material.

These are great fitting and looking jeans. Unfortunately all 6 pairs have been returned and not repurchased. I have a desk job and don't abuse my clothes. These jeans, every pair have ripped at the inside rivet of both pockets. Less than 2 months old. At around $50/or I would expect better quality. Obviously a problem as most reviews describe the same situation.

I've purchased the Retro brand of jeans for many years however it seems their quality has been declining in recent years. I've had multiple pairs rip near the rivets on the butt end of the jeans within a few months of just casual wear.

I have 3 other pairs of these that fit great my new order arrived today, they are very very loose in the seat and leg. They fit more like a super relaxed fit than a slim .

I have had close to 20 pairs of these jeans. They fit fantastic, but only hold up for a year at max. My last pair I wore twice before the ripped above the back pocket, which is where every single pair I have had rip.

Fabric on the left leg twists inward down the pant leg. The outside seam ends up resting near my shin.

The Greeley wash looks good but several issues with the jeans. First, the left leg fabric not centered, you can see the grain going in towards the groin. This causes it to fit awkwardly. Second, they aren't slim- they fit more relaxed. Third- they stretch but do not retain form. As soon as you get in your vehicle, you're wearing parachute pants.

I used to wear Wrangler jeans but had to buy Old Navy jeans when times got tough. Now that I'm making good money again I decided to buy a better brand of jeans and went with Wrangler again. The 2 stars go to the first couple of times I wore these jeans. Unfortunately after about 3 wears, BOTH Wrangler jeans have tears on the back pockets. You could say it's because of the wallet, but I don't carry cash or business cards. So I don't see why these pants couldn't handle such a basic wallet. Bottom line, I won't purchase another pair of wranglers anytime soon. Those old Navy jeans lasted me 4 to 5 years with no stitching tears.

I've gone through a number of different brands of jeans figured I'd give these a try. The fit and look were up to par but the quality for what you pay is awful and honestly embarrassing on wranglers part. In the last year I have bought maybe 12-14 pair of these jeans because I liked how they fit so I bought some for both work and casual. Crotch blow outs, belt loop tore off just pulling them on, back pocket corner just decided to go on another pair. I will not be purchasing anymore of them.

Great fitting jeans but the back pocket on right side always splits. Have 6 pairs and all but one spit in the same place. Definitely a manufacturing defect. Something that should be looked into.

I've had these Wranglers for less than a year, I've probably wore them 10-15 times, and they have 3 rips in them, including a large one along the seam at the back, crotch and back pocket. I was wearing them at the Calgary Stampede and a guy came up and said: "Buddy, make sure you hike up your pants if bend down, because they are about to split down the whole back seam." Not a good advert for Wrangler products!
