TIGHT IN THE ARMS

The jacket is well made but I ordered a Large for my sister and this large size fits my GF which is a small (4'11") I would like to return to get proper size

It looked more fitted in the picture and it bunched up under my arms and it was not at all comfortable.

The jacket seems of decent quality. But it runs very big in my opinion. I wish they made it in at XS because small is more like a medium.

I love the jacket but the fit is off I am 5foot7 115lb always a small or xsmall I bought in a large very short in the back length! I have to send it back darn it.

The jacket runs small. I was sent a size Small by a family member as a gift. Typically I wear a small to extra small, and this one was very tight in the sleeves, and the overall length was short. The collar was odd and wouldn't fold over, as if the pattern was just cut too small. I'm very disappointed because it was a gift, and to exchange it I would either have to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement or double charge the sender's credit card until the company received my return and issued a refund. I'm choosing to just return it and shop elsewhere because this act of generosity is now being undone, and is about to face a major hassle. I don't understand online retail shops with archaic return policies. Not being able to purchase clothes with confidence that I will be able to find the correct fit without trying something on first will always guarantee you'll lose me as a customer, especially if your sizing is unique to your brand, which I'm guessing is what happened here. This would have been the first of many purchases, but why would I risk another incident like this one when there are so many other options out there with better customer service?

its itchy, poor quality and the collar is misshaped. the collar does not lay flat. The fit at the cuffs is too tight. Overall fit is off.

The quality was lacking and it was not as attractive as the picture. One sleeve was poorly constructed, seam twisted terribly. I have returned this product at my own expense, priority mail to have tracking and insurance, as this is Wranglers' return policy. I will never order from them again.

I am a typically a size small or medium. I often order a size medium in jackets for an oversized look. I tried this jacket on in a size medium, and it is a JOKE! I couldn't even get my hand through the sleeve holes, like not a chance. Once I unbuttoned and forced the jacket on, the sleeves were like 4 inches too short. This HAS to be a manufacturing mistake. It's like a kid's jacket!

Poorly made Terrible jacket Returned

I expected to be able to wear this over a turtleneck or tshirt, similar to a zip up hoodie. This is bulky and uncomfortable to wear over a single layer, and not designed to be an outer layer like a regular coat. I have learned my lesson yet again about buying without trying on. I was hoping that it being a Wrangler product it would be better made.
