First pair of Cargo Pants I've owned. The 'Fit' was perfect, Waist, Length. The Zipper seems a little 'Short' compared to what I've been using in a pair of Wranglers. The zipper will NOT be a factor in my purchase of other Cargo Pants in the future.

I bought these for my husband to wear at work. The pants are great, he loves the fit, but... the plastic buttons are not so great. The button holes are to small for the plastic buttons. I can't even button them. Other Dickie pants have metal buttons. Not sure if they are trying to save $ and using plastic now.??? Not a good idea Dickie. Pants are awesome, please go back to the metal buttons.

I've been buying Dickies pants for many years and consider them a great value. They wear well and have never fallen apart. However, lately I get the feeling that tolerances during manufacture have declined. I recently ordered the same size cargo pant in three different colors and discovered that two fit snugly around my "challenged belly" while the third pair was definately tight. Also, one pair of the same pant ordered later came with a rear pocket that I could not secure around my wallet...suffering a broken thumb nail in the attempt. All other pants have worked fine, for many years actually, with the same wallet and contents. So, either the pocket button hole was cut too low, or the pocket was too shallow. Hey, how about a little more strictness on that quality control!

Zipper too short, but otherwise a good product. Use for dress pants after I cut off the "Dickies" label. I use only cargo pants and these are the only dressy looking material I could find.

Material and appearance is very nice, but the fit is not good.

Dissappointed that dickies when from a riveted button on the waist to a sewn button.

Bought multiple styles of pants in the same size but waist is very tight in these compared to the same size pant in a different style.

The pants seem great; the fit is true to size, but a common problem I have with the pant as well as a few other Dickies pants is that the cell phone pocket is not updated with current cell phone sizing. I have an iphone 6 and it sticks out of the pocket and will fall out if I would bend down or sit in the pant. Cell phones are going to keep getting bigger, so shouldn't a pocket advertised as a cell phone pocket grow with the phones? This size pocket would have been a great to have 5 years ago

Need longer zipper, kind of sharp and too short. Deeper front pockets to prevent loss of small items carried. Would be worth the improvements and rated 5 star with those changes.

These pants were more of a work pant and not what I was looking for when ordered.

These were purchased for my husband. He wears a 38 to 40 x 30 in any pant/jean. I ordered a 40 x 30 thinking they may run a little small. Well, a little small is an understatement! He couldn't even get the pants past his lower thighs! Have to say - I believe the pants are everything you say they are, EXCEPT for the sizing. The material seems very good and they look very well made. I will be sending these back and possible ordering the cargo pants in the relaxed fit AND in a BIGGER size.

The waist and seat area are too tight. Compared to other items in my inventory of the same fit, the waist is too small and very uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine working in them.

I'll give these a 2 star review, and here's why. The size are not cut true to size. I ordered a 36 , it fit like a 32. By that math I sent them back and reorder a 40 and I'm swimming in them. There is. No consistency with their cuts and fitment of pants. This has happened on multiple purchases with this company. The flip side the material and thr durability of them I like. Come on dickies tighten up on your cuts.

Plastic button broke within 3 wears. Thought button just wasn't sewn on well, but it's actually just cheap plastic.

Dickies are just not for me anymore after at least 8 years of purchases. I have some work pants and jeans that I love and they are no longer making the style that I wear. I've tried other styles but they just aren't doing it for me. I just returned this last pair of pants as I couldn't even get the waist closed. I'll be looking elsewhere for my work wear and casual jeans I guess...

Seems there are no longer good pants/work pants for a man. The shallow pockets are a turn off. Can hardly get my hands in with keys or other items. Wallet barely fits. Android cell phone barely fits. Like they're made for kids or for those who don't do chores & carry things! Dissapointed!

Pants I ordered had a long cut under the sticker on the right side by the pocket.

Well made, comfortable pants. However, the zipper is too short, and this will be my LAST purchase of these pants until the problem is fixed. Dickies uses an adult male size zipper in their 874 pants, so they should know how to make this change.

I don't care for the fit, they ride too low for my liking. I also found that they shrunk a bit upon washing, causing them to be too tight around the waist.

Jury is still out ! Had to return them,they was a size to big?

Ordered 2 pair recently both pairs button ripped of them aren't sewn on very good

The pants are great, but they don't come in my size -- either too tight or too loose, too long or too short. What makes them think that men only come in two inch increments? Selling on line, they should be able to support greater variety.

Sizing is way off. I ordered my normal size and it was way to small. This makes it difficult to order your pants online. I stopped after re -ordering twice.

Not impressed with quality compared to my other Dickies Pants. Plastic top button, thin fabric, cheap zipper and poor fit..

Great material but the size runs small. I was so excited when it arrived just to get disappointed that it did not fit seems like I had to go 2 sizes bigger.
