These shoes are extremely comfortable from day one. They however have two noticable deficiencies: The uppers quickly stretched out causing them to become too large. These shoes absorbed water and leaked almost immediatly when worn in damp early morning conditions. I will be retuning them for replacement after one month.

I've never been able to actually play golf in the contourstheyre so uncomfortable I wouldn't attempt it, I've been playing for 50 yrs at a pretty high level, and I've never had a shoe issue before, These hurt after several minutes wearing them, I've tried at least 6 times now to break them inno luck, I hate to throw them out but!

Bad fit

I regularly buy Footjoy shoes, size 8 wide and they are very reliable, but not in this case. Having thrown away the box this model is considerably narrower. Beware!

The shoes look great. However, after only a few wears, the white finish has terribly scruffy black marks all over them. The white finish just peels away. It's almost like they have a thin white finish layered on top. I genuinely thought I would pay more this time round to avoid having to pay twice. I couldn't have been more wrong.

FJ continues to miss the mark for those requiring XW shoes.... once upon a time offered for Contour Casual choices FJ WIDE is extremely tight for XW customers

I like the look and style, but there is there is zero traction on the footbed. I'm a right handed golfer, and my left foot kept slipping out on the downswing. After only 3 rounds, I'm retiring these shoes. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

I had to return because the shoe is too wide and quite a bit larger overall than other brands of size 15 golf shoes I have.

Good looking golf shoe but no foot joy on the golf course. One of the most uncomfortable pairs of shoes Ive owned period. Cant wear them over a long period of time and definately not over an 18 hole walk. Unfortunate as I own another pair of Footjoys and they are super comfortable so maybe uts just the style but cant say they are as advertised on my feet.

I officiate swim meets and wore these shoes pool side about three times. They were a little slippery on the pool deck, but tolerable. The cushion seemed to mostly be in the heel, also tolerable but not great for standing long periods. They were waterproof as promised, until... leaving a swim meet my son kicked a wet soccer ball to me in the grass (not dirty), and we passed it back and forth maybe 6 times until I looked down and realized that my right shoe was badly stained. I tried washing it gently with mild dish soap and water, which only spread the stains and removed the waterproofing in that area. Now I have one white shoe and another shoe with ugly stain that looks a nasty purple bruise, especially when they get wet. A complete waste of money.

These shoes look great and are comfortable to wear, with effective waterproofing. I seldomly golf and bought these with tournament winnings on July 25, 2022 at a pro shop. I have played about 5-10 rounds in them since, most recently doing a 4 hour club fitting. CAUTION - the shoe material is very low quality, lacks durability and completely degraded on the toe during the club fitting. My last pair of FootJoy's lasted over 10 years. The new materials are great for looks, but the quality is atrocious. I would not recommend this shoe for golf. In speaking with customer service, they consider toe drag damage to be user based, not shoe based. These are the most fragile shoes you can buy, I would look elsewhere for golf shoes and maybe consider these only for a dinner after the game. In summary, BEWARE on these, they are exceptionally low quality. Look at the pictures to see how well maintained the shoe is despite the purchase date, and you can see how quick they degrade.

The product was advertised as genuine leather uppers. They were a synthetic material. For a price of nearly $200.00, I was very disappointed and felt ripped off. The return policy was great , so l returned them.

I purchased both a gray and tan version of these shoes. I walk the course each day and find these very comfortable; however, the leather fades very fast very fast. The attached picture shows how much they have faded after 40-50 rounds. (The tongue is the original color).

The website pictures do not represent the color and texture of this shoe. The pictures make the shoe look like a smooth white leather. The shoes are actually an off-white color with a suede texture. I'm disappointed, because the shoe I expected would be the perfect balance of comfort and performance, while also balancing modern and traditional style.

White is really light grey. Very disappointed with the misleading photos on the website. If I wanted grey I would've picked the grey ones.

Usually love Footjoy but I've had these shoes 2 months, and the toes and heels of the shoe are worn badly.

Totally changed the old version. Why. It was so good. These suck. Ohand they run 2 sizes too big.

The photograph of these shoes was deceiving-looked navy in the pictures-I bought these but when I received them they were grey with navy laces. I sent them back and I'm still waiting on a refund.

I love the design of these shoes, however I purchased a white pair at the end of November and they are already scratched, faded and stained. The material the shoe is made of changes color when you try and clean the shoes. If you rub to hard the material will start to erode. Material scratches very easily. Bottom line: I knew these shoes weren't the highest quality based off price but I can no longer wear them after playing 8 times due to how beat up they now look.

I purchased these shoes in August 2022 and before I had completed 17 rounds of golf the heel of the shoes started to wear away. Given the price and description a reasonable person would expect that the shoes would be more durable than this. FootJoy (Acushnet Australia) has so far refused to offer a refund or replacement so don't waste your money on this shoe.

I have never slipped so much on the golf course as when wearing these shoes. There is practically no grip. Also the materials are poor as I have had a tee go through the sole of these shoes. Do not buy!!!
