Bought WW but was not wide enough. Decided to return.

I’ll need to stretch the shoe a bit, but I like the shoes, so I’m keeping them.

I wear a 9 and have an average/slightly wide foot. These were snug at first but are very soft and within one day of wearing them, they fit comfortably. I’d say these were quite true to size. These did give me one blister on my heel; however, these were so much better than so many other loafers I’ve tried. They are comfortable shoes.

Cute slipper style shoe. A little wider than expected for a narrow width. It may just be the cut of the shoe but they gap quite a bit at the sides when you walk.

This is a classic slipper style shoe that looks great with many looks. I wear them to dress up jeans and they look good with slacks. Comfortable but a little wider than I expected with a narrow width.

These shoes are nice looking, but they cramp my toes. The toe box seems to be a bit cramped, at least for me. While they might be okay if you're not walking much, I tend to walk a lot and these won't take long to really hurt my feet. Too bad because they're classics.

I like these. Yes, the toe area is a bit stiff but doable. I have very wide feet (11WW) and they fit fine. I like the pewter color, definitely much duller, more grey, than the pic, which looks metallic silver. I have a great bag that matches the color, so I’m pretty happy.

This shoe is very comfortable. As other reviews recommended to get a wider than usual fit, that is what I did. The fit was very nice. My problem with the shoe was the style, it looked like the shoes my grandmother wore in the 60's and 70's. I just could not get passed that point....but maybe in the future I will go strictly for comfort and re-order this shoe.

Due to other reviews, I ordered a half size up in a Wide. The actual fit was then fine. However, in about 5 minutes I had blisters on the back of both heels so have not been able to wear them since waiting for my heels to heal! I guess these shoes must be worn with some kind of socks. I am going to try that before returning them.

I LOVE this shoe! I want to order it in every color. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars overall is the sizing issue. I normally wear a 5 1/2 medium width but based on the reviews for this shoe, I got a 6 medium. The six is too tight. My foot fits in the shoe but skin tight. Think Olivia Newton John’s tight black pants she wears at the end of Grease- these shoes hug my feet like her pants hugged her legs. BUT, it’s leather so they’ll stretch a bit or just order a size up and they should work great. You could probably also do a half size up and a width up (for example, if you usually wear a 5 1/2 medium width get the 6 wide).

Way too narrow across the ball of the foot. Pretty, but a lot less substantial than I thought they would be.

These seemed like they would be comfortable and wide enough for my wide foot, but they slipped off my heel so I couldn't walk in them.

I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit. This is a pretty shoe and comfortable. I need a wide through the toe box, which fit perfectly, but unfortunately this shoe was too wide in the heel and kept slipping so I had to return it.

Overall the size was okay but the shoes were uncomfortable in the toe area. Had to return!

The shoe is beautiful and fit well, except in the toe box. I do have some issues with hammer toes but I was hoping they would fit.

I wear 8.5 and ordered 8.5. I am a flight attendant and have to wear hose. These shoes were flopping around on my feet like they were two sizes too big.

Nice looking shoes, but too tall in the heel so it cuts in. Ideally would shorten the heel box down 1/8 - 1/4”. Width is quite wide, immediately on trying them on, so would become sloppy when worn for awhile. My feet usually take a wide, but not this much.

Not as supportive as I had hoped. Good quality leather. Love the look and feel, just wish they had more support in the insoles.

A word of caution if you buy these shoes: test drive them on your carpeted floors A LOT before you wear them out in the world. I thought I'd given them enough of a test, but I was wrong--and now I'm stuck w/ a pair of shoes that's not comfortable but I've worn them once, and can't return them. Here's what I found: the rubber sole/heel is so stiff that the shoe doesn't "give," so the stiff leather rubbed by heel raw, while the cushion-y insole is man-made, not leather, so it doesn't breathe, giving me hot, sweaty feet. So, what was supposed to be my comfy, go-to flats are not comfortable enough to fill that role, and now I'm stuck with them. So disappointed; I don't know if I'll order shoes online for a while!

Received the shoes, and they were so small, it was ridiculous. They look lovely and very sensible, but I couldn't even fit it on to my slightly larger foot. Ordered my typical size. Would maybe recommend ordering at least a half size up and wide.

I have a difficult time finding narrow shoes. These are way too narrow across the toe and ball of foot. They pinched my feet and there was no way I could walk in them more than a couple of steps. They are a pretty shoe with the style and tumbled leather. My advice is order a different width than normal.

This style seems to run larger, especially in the heel, than my other Trotter styles. Guess I don't like them enough to try a different size.

The fit was good but the back of the shoe was very stiff and was already rubbing on the back of my foot. I only wore them for a short time around the house and knew I would have blisters if I walked any longer. Also the top of the front part of the shoe had some cracks right across it and I only took five steps! Im not sure if it’s leather but it cracked like plastic. Love the style of the shoe and the color.
