it fits in width -----ww does not look wide when you look at it but it fits fine.Wish it came with one inch heel,

I wear size 7.5 to 8M. Shoe felt to stiff & I didn't like that the back of shoe went up too far & rubbed.

These shoes make me sad. They are so beautiful looking and seem to fit until I start walking in them. I feel a lot of tightness across the top of the foot where the buckle is. There just isn't enough stretch/give. I unfortunately must part with these.

This shoe felt much smaller than a normal 10B...I could hardly get it on my foot.

This shoe was really cute and somewhat comfortable right out of the box. However, the back of the shoe comes up so high, I knew after just a few walks around the house that I would have a blister soon. I shall keep looking.

OMG These are shoes totally fit for a Pilgrim. The buckle is way too large. Love everything else about it, but. . . .

I like the width of the toe box (usually they are too narrow in flats for me), but I just didn't like the material / color of this shoe. instead of being a pretty navy, it looked dingy to me, like something that had been worn a a lot. I thought it would have a bit more sparkle to it.

Returning this shoe. Although nicely made, it ran short and I didn't care for the rounded toe...too bulky for my tastes.

The style and the color and the fitting is very good. It comes in W width, which is great. However, the glue on the tip of my left shoe already worn off after less than 3 months wearing, and I didn't even wear them every day. So I'm not so sure about the quality, and makes me disappointed at the shoes.

Perfect fit when I tried them on and walked around a bit, but after walking around the city, they rubbed the back of my heel raw and I had to get new shoes.

This is the second pair of Trotters shoes I've worn.They are comfortable, pretty, fashionable. But they do not hold up. Both pairs of shoes got a hole in the heel. This pair is my second pair -they are only 6-7 months old; I've worn them on average once a week since purchase. I have another new pair that I'm getting ready to return to Zappos. Shoes are expensive; they need to last longer than 7 months.

I was so excited to find a cute shoe in a narrow size. I ordered two sizes: 91/2 N and 91/2 SS The weirdest thing my left shoe fit great! The right shoe stuck out of the back 1/2 inch- like it is a half size larger than the left shoe. I'm 65 years old. If I wore two different sized shoes I would know it way before today. Cute shoe. Left one fit, right ones (on both sizes) did not. Disappointed. I would have definitely purchased the 91/2 SS if the right shoe didn't stick out the back and slip when I walked.

I was really hoping to like this one, but the back came up so high that it cut into my ankle

Cute, but 9W does not fit. It is not wide, it is narrow. It is narrow from the hill to the toes, it is not comfortable for bunions or wide feet at all. Returning them.

This shoe was comfortable but was not very attractive or stylish in person.

I really like this shoe and always have to order a Narrow in whatever shoe I buy. Unfortunately I had to return it because the heel of the shoe was not narrow enough, and neither was the arch narrow enough. Too bad - I really liked it!

Too long for the size I ordered but didn't look that cute on.

I normally love these shoes, and I bought these in case they stopped making them in this size (if you are a 10S you know) so I did not wear them for awhile. Unfortunately, when I did, I noticed the stitching at the top near the heel was coming loose. I have worn them less than 10 times and they are falling apart. I am so disappointed, but cannot return.

I am extremely disappointed with this shoe!! Last year I bought a size 10 4A in this same shoe in the Black Snake Embossed. I was so pleased at how narrow their 4A was. It was the narrowest 4A shoe I have had in a long time, which is great since even 4As are usually still a little too wide for me. I was looking forward to receiving the Dark Brown Metallic and Grey Metallic shoes in size 10 4A. The Dark Brown shoe fit like I was wearing my husband’s shoes. I could not walk in them at all! I was shocked. Oddly enough, the Grey shoes were slightly narrower, but still more like a B or in between a B or A width. They were also too long. I could not keep them on. I returned both pairs of shoes. I took a picture of the black shoe from last year and the new shoe. I can assure you they were both flat and even, it might not look like it, but that is just b/c the different curves of the sides make it look like it. You can see the difference in the length, as well as the width. The black shoe was worn a lot last year. Shoes naturally start to gape on the sides, but as you can see it looks like the new, brown ones are doing that. The older black are not. 2nd set I ordered. Even though I can never wear a 9.5, I ordered the same two shoes in a m 9.5 4A size. The 9.5 seemed to be the same length as the older size 10 shoes I have. Once again, they were way too wide. All of the shoes gaped open on the sides, where my shoes from last year did not, and they are the same shoe. It was interesting that the Brown 9.5s were larger than the Grey 9.5s, exactly like the 10s! They are the same fabric, so you would think if there was a slight variance, it would be between very different materials. All of this put together really makes me question there quality control! Unfortunately, I am desperate for a pair of shoes, I might have to keep the pair that is the least wide (you cannot associate the word narrow with any of these), and put 2 pads in them. I do not know if I will ever buy this brand again.

The Trotters Sizzle were too wide. I walked right out of them. I have two old pairs of Trotters in the same size (10 SS/ 4A) that fit , but these were too wide in the heel to stay on my feet. I was so disappointed to have to return them because they were the style that I had been looking for to fit my wardrobe and life activities.

These were not dark navy as I expected, but more like a shade of denim blue. Additionally, they were a little too narrow.
