Runs small! I ordered a 9.5N and it was too short. When I held it up to my other 9.5 N shoes these were noticeably smaller. Beware...these shoes are not the stated size. Order half a size larger. I'm waiting for my 10N's to arrive.

I want a pair in every color - I wear an 11 1/2 M and I'm over 6 feet tall. It's always been difficult to find any pretty dress shoes in my size. If I did find some, they had 5 inch heels which I didn't need! This shoe is soft and comfortable and the 2 color combination allows for wearing with a variety of colors. The heel is high enough so that I feel like I'm wearing "heels" but low enough to be comfortable for all day into the night wear. So far I have bought 3 pairs in this style. I'm watching for more colors for future purchase as well.

Trotters - In one word---TERRIFIC! I have a very hard to fit foot—6 1/2 narrow or slender. I will definitely order from you again. I am very happy with the quality as well as the fit.

Trotter's Dea Nice Looking Dress Shoe - I have a lot of foot problems and the Trotter Dea gave me the length I need (10-1/2N) and the strap back let me tighten it to my narrow heel. For a dress shoe it is great.

TRUE COMFORT - These shoes are the most comfortable I have ever owned. They are true to size and after wearing them all day I still don't have my usual "aching feet".

Outstanding service - I had ordered some shoes that did not prove to be good for my long, narrow, difficult to fit feet and returned them for these Trotters in brown. I can usually depend on Trotters and am very pleased with the trade. The shoes are very attractive and Zappos proved wonderful to deal with: accommodating and no charge for shipping.

Even better than I'd hoped for! I ordered these shoes last minute to wear to a wedding. I have a 'problem foot' that can sometimes make finding a comfortable fit a challenge. These shoes were true to fit, are very sharp looking (I ordered the chocolate brown pair) and best of all, they are really comfortable, even for my 'bad foot' as a result of a tiny little gusset at the top edge that provides a little give. I love them, and the service from Zappos was great!

A great looking shoe - I brought this shoe in black, with the fancy toe. I have a wide foot and the shoe is comfortable. I also like the fact I can adjust the strap. I recommend the shoe and I plan to get another pair. I have sent bank many shoes, but this one is a keeper.

Good Shoes & Good service - I am very impressed with the shoes & with the service I received from Zappos. I ordered them on a Saturday, and received the shoes on the following Monday. I wear an AAA width and have difficulty finding my size. I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service.

Trotters Dea - I finally found a shoe that comes in a WW and WWW widths that looks great and feels great. I have bunions and need a shoe that molds to conform to the bone. I would love to see this shoe be developed in single colors/patterns as well as the 2-tone. Love this shoe!!

A very nice classic spectator. Purchased the shoe in blk suede/lizard toe and heel. Like the shoe so much I purchased another pair in tan suede/lizard. Received a lot of compliments. Shoe fits well. I wear size 11.5 AAA. Hard to finds nice shoes in that narrow width.

Just What I Wanted! I have such a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt my feet, and that look good. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable, classy and go with almost anything! It could have been 1/2 larger, but I love it. Tried to order 2 more pairs, but they were out of them. So sorry!

Classy classic - I have several foot issues and I always dread buying a new pair of shoes, especially any that are rather dressy. I took a chance on these and am very pleased with the comfort and the fit. As much impressed as I am with the shoe, I am even more impressed with Zappos! This was my first order (made on a Saturday afternoon) and I was so surprised when they arrived at my house on Monday!! Thanks so much.

Classy Shoe - This is the first pair of trotters shoe I've purchased. I’m so pleased with the way they fit and look. A very classy shoe. I do intend to purchase this shoe in another color. I wear 11.5 slim. The strap in the back is adjustable so you can tighten the shoe if needed. You will be very pleased with this shoe

Awesome Shoe - Shoe is comfortable from get go. This is the second pair I bought, but in a different color. I strongly recommend this one for comfort and looks. The shoe looks great with dressy skirts.

Comfort in Style - These shoes are just great especially for people with big feet and one foot slightly larger than the other! You can adjust the strap and they are very comfortable. I bought in two colors.

Nice Dress Shoe - A really nice dress shoe with a comfortable heel height for my 10.5 N foot with bunions. Wish it was in dark brown and navy.

Good multiple-use shoe - I love these for almost every work pant I have. I stand on my feet for 8+ hours per day on the job and I think these are great. They have just the right amount of height, soft leather, and classic style. I did add in a comfort insole because I stand all day, but not necessary otherwise.

So comfortable - I have a hard time finding comfortable dress shoes due to foot problems, but these are great. I can't believe they are so comfortable! I'll buy Trotters again.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. They look great with pants or skirts. Padding inside shoe a nice surprise.

Very nice... I have a very wide foot with a high instep and a painful bunion joint... my foot is not really fat...the bones are quite wide... sandals are usually my best friend and I wear them as much and as long as possible. I also like high heels and tailored looking shoes, but, generally can't wear them all day, because they just aren't comfortable enough... they shoes are quite nice. They aren't heels, but are a good alternative. They feel a little short, but, I don't think they really are... the style is so "ballet"ish that I think they need to fit the foot quite closely or they would not be comfortable. I am disappointed that I could not buy them in black, because they are out of stock.

2nd pair of this shoe - This shoe is very comfortable and at the same time very stylish. It goes with skirts or pants, and the adjustable heel strap is very convenient when the shoe gets older and need tightening. I will probably buy another pair in the third color soon.

A cute shoe for the wide foot - I wear a size 8 wide, and this shoe is a perfect fit. I am very pleased with the quality of the leather and the two-toned, leather/patent, combination. Shoe feels like a slipper...very comfortable for all day wear.
