A beautiful shoe but unfortunately too narrow for my foot

My feet are pronated and these shoes were perfect. They didn't hurt. The full size heel keeps you steady while still giving you a bit of lift. I bought several colors as I will never need to search for dressy shoes again!

This lovely shoe worked well for my narrow foot. With the adjustable heel buckle I adjusted them to fit. I was comfortable in them in at a wedding. The heel was not to high and that was great. I had many compliments on them.

I needed a dress shoe that was comfortable for my foot issues. This shoe met the criteria. Very comfortable, dressy looking without a high heel, and classy style. Love it.

Love this show - have had many colors and always in style. I have to remember to order 1/2 size smaller since the heel is open. They look classy and are perfect for work.

Used these shoes as the 2nd pair of shoes for a wedding and reception. I had high heels for most of the night and once I needed a lower shoe, for comfort, this shoe worked perfectly. I did notice that when I walked the shoe made a "slapping noise" against my foot, but in a crowded and noisey room it was ok. If I wore these in a quiet church it would be noticeable. I would definitely buy again in a different color if I need a low shoe.

I had a hard time finding a shoe with a low heel to wear with dresses. This shoe is very good looking, stylish and comfortable at the same time.

Soy profesora y paso varias horas sentada o parada y siempre tengo problemas con los zapatos porque me lastiman los pies, o si son suaves, son pesados, o me hacen doler las piernas o me cansan los pies. Estos zapatos son cómodos, los puedo usar todo el día, caminar una hora o más con ellos y no me molestan para nada ni los pies ni las piernas. Los recomiendo.

These shoes are very comfortable, and they look great with work clothes. I wouldn't say the toe area is roomy exactly, but then I am used to wearing Danskos and Keens. But they are way more comfortable than my Clarks heels which I bought for work. Heel is a good height--just enough and not too much.

This is a comfortable shoe, however, the width was good for my wide foot but the heel area was too wide to stay on my foot well.

I bought these shoes because I have back issues and cannot wear heels any more. I wanted a low shoe that looked dressy. These shoes fit the bill. They look great and are comfortable, as well.

Love this shoe! When my daughter announced her engagement last November, I began looking for a dress and shoes, and seeing as how I am quite tall and wear a size 10.5 shoe, I knew it might be a challenging experience. I had thought I found the perfect shoe, but then had foot surgery, so had to change at the last minute. I found these shoes, and they came just a few days before the wedding. I wore them all afternoon and into the night with NO pain at all. They were so comfortable, and the heel height was just right for me, as at 5'10" I don't need any added height!

I ordered these to wear at my daughter's wedding, after having to jettison the original shoes I ordered due to foot surgery. These were amazingly comfortable! I wore them all evening with no problems at all.

Love it! Comfortable right out of the box. Perhaps it runs a little long without great arch support, but the stylishness and overall comfort makes up for it.

I hate returning this shoe. This is an attractive dressy shoe. Believe me all that in a 6.5 WW is an amazing find. For unknown reasons my right 2 smallest toes cramped every time I tried to wear these. Give them a try. The buckle heel strap really adjusts a lot.

I so wanted these faux Chanel shoes to be mine, but alas! my wonky feet have me returning them. First, they are so pretty! The quilted leather is a shimmery gold and not muted at all. So be prepared for a "gold leaf" type of leather, some of you may be turned off by that look. I have to return them because the leather is not too solid, so my flat feet spread out and opened the sides of the shoe too much. Because I have bunions, the vamp of the shoe was not long enough to cover them so the edge of the vamp cut into the bottom part of the bunion. I have a very wide toe area and a narrow heel so wide shoes are too big for me. I bought my true size 9.5m and my toes were comfy (I have Morton's toe) but my bunions would hurt and my feet opened up the sides of the shoes too much. Thank you Zappos for giving your customers free returns. I'm giving 5 stars because I think the problem with the shoes are due to my feet problems and not due to construction issues.

Needed this shoes to wear at an event in which I'd be on my feet all day. Never had a chance to break them in, and they were perfect. Easy to walk in, no heel slippage, and a beautiful blue metallic color. The patent leather means no scuffing at the toe. I was very happy with this purchase, and will be looking for other Trotters in the future.

I usually wear a size 12 M in every style, but these were too big. Tried an 11 1/2 M, still too big. Size 11 M was just great! As I walked across the room, my feet were slipping left and right, and the back strap slipped off, even tho' the shoes fit. Customer service suggested I get silicone heel and strap liners. Just for good measure I also got ball of foot ones too. Now, these very pretty shoes "fit like a glove"! I think I'll get a lot of use out of these. I bought them for an outdoor wedding, but they'll go with slacks and suits, too.

These shoes were chosen last minute for an overseas pilgrimage requiring comfort and style. They did not disappoint in many miles walked.

I have a narrow foot and it seems to get more narrow as I age. These shoes fit perfectly! I purchased them in Navy and Beige. They look especially lovely with slacks I think, very dressy and you can walk all day in them.

Wonderful shoe! Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Perfect for professional or casual wear. Will be ordering a second pair in another color.
