These shoes are the best. I work in trade shows - on my feet a lot! Out of the box these were comfortable and "stood" the trade show test! I am waiting on them in other colors in my size so I have a full collection of them. Because I wear a 2E, I sometimes have to go up in size, but the 8.5 2E were a perfect fit!

Very high quality shoe. Soft leather inside-out. Good cushioning. Stable, comfortable heel. It runs a bit small and can be hard to get on, but once on, it is comfortable. The look is unique and versatile.

I love these shoes. They are perfect for work and so comfortable. The first time I wore them, I had them on for 10 hours straight and my feet had no complaints!

Love these shoes, they feel like a comfortable pair of slippers but with the look of a boot shoe. I always order a wide width and these felt true to size.

I love these shoes, and Zappos! These shoes are so comfortable, even after standing all day. They were true to size and normal width. They look great with pants and depending on the outfit, I could maybe even pull them off with a skirt. I ordered these on a Friday afternoon and received them Monday afternoon. I have become a huge Zappos fan!

Zappos rocks. The service, the shipping, the product, everything. This shoe will look like a boot with pants, the top is pretty long. It is quite fitted but comfy. Lightweight. Nice heel.

I have long, skinny, flat feet (sounds lovely, huh). With an arch support, these fit so well - no gap between the shoe and the top of my foot, which happens often. I've had a brown pair for a long time. Decided to order a new brown pair and a black pair as well. I'm so hard to fit, and I'm really happy with the fit and softness of the leather.

This shoe may start a little stiff but that goes away quickly and fits perfectly for years. This is the best shoe ever. I wear a 9N and own it in fudge and black. I have also purchased another black and will buy another fudge and navy before fall. I am rebuying because over the years, I have beat these up. I wear them doing everything and in all conditions. This is the shoe I prefer over any athletic shoe for comfort. This is the shoe I prefer for style. This is the shoe I always get compliments on. It looks like an expensive boot. It is sleek with a great heel height. I wear this shoe doing everything! If I know I will be on my feet all day and have a ton of walking, this is my choice. If you shop-till-you-drop the day after Thanksgiving...this is your shoe.

This style is among my favorite shoe styles. It is very comfortable to wear and walk in. I am pleased to be able to find shoes in my size that fit. I just wish there were more color options in my size!

Purchased as gift for my mother to replace her favorite shoes that my dog ate. Are now her favorite shoes. Very comfortable. Give great support, fit a little higher on the foot so when she wears them with slacks or jeans they look almost like a boot. They have a more traditional look, very neat, not trendy looking. Just a nice conservative stylish shoe without the trim and clunky rubber heels so many casual shoes now have.

Great fitting shoes, nice for work. I am on my 3rd pair of black and also have them in blue. Zappos has the best customer service. Do use a shoe horn as to not break down the heel and they will last longer.

I have a hard time finding shoes wide enough and not only were these wide enough but these were the kind of shoes I could\'ve walked 100 miles in as soon as I opened the box. They were so comfortable.

I love working with Zappos. I'm not sure I'm unique, but my feet certainly are! I have two that are a different size. I ordered several shoes to hopefully find a few that fit and were comfortable. I found one, and wore it the day it arrived. I'm loving it! I had to send the others back. I called the Zappos customer service, and the woman who helped me was fabulous! She worked with me to find another that might work and it did. This was a success! Thanks for your easy ordering and easy return policy!

I love dealing with Zappos.com. Very fair prices; excellent policy about shipping and returns that, for me, makes Zappos the place to go to first. Anytime I had a question / call, I got though to a pleasant, helpful staff member. The products arrive very quickly. This particular shoe: Trotters, love it. It's a classic look with pants. This particular size is a little big for me, but that's because I have one foot that's difficult to fit.

I loved these shoes. I have to say that they are the best fitting slip on I have ever owned. Having a long, very narrow foot and heel, these fit perfect. I will buy this brand again. They are so stylish and look good with jeans or dress pants. Thanks again Zappos!

Finally! Great shoes that are comfortable (very comfortable) without looking dowdy, and in a color other than black or dark brown. Stylish, wide sizes are so hard to find. Looked for two or three years in uncounted stores. Thank you, Zappos.com!

Have them in two colors, black and brown. I have a really narrow foot so I bought narrow, prefect fit, true to the size. They look beautiful and are really comfortable.
