I like the shoe but too long but I still need the width. Ordered 7 W but will get 6 1/2 WW next time

I walk around 7,000 steps a day at work. I take the stairs. I walk at lunch. I needed a pair of shoes to withstand the walking, look sleek, and not make my feet suffer - these are those shoes! I am a runner, so I have been fitted for shoes and know my size is 7½W. I ordered a 7½W and the fit is pretty good. Not tight enough for blisters, but not lose enough to fall off with each step. I wear these shoes with dress pants and absolutely love the look. I have already asked for another pair as a mother's day gift. I am thankful that I took the risk (cheap shopper here) and found these shoes to be well worth the money.

If they sold these in half size the 11.5 would have been perfect. For those ladies who have the gift of long and wide feet, these are perfect!! They are comfortable and give enough toe space. I have not walked outside or for a long time, but I will modify this if they are still not comfortable. These will work perfect with slack or long skirts or when you just want comfy shoes on.

I love this shoe! I have a narrow heel and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. I ordered a second pair to have on hand. Also ordered in brown.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They have a great insole. These great shoes can be worn for many hours while keeping your feet cool and refreshed.

This shoe was comfortable from day one. I have two pair, black and brown. I have very narrow feet and this shoe does not slip up and down on the heel as many slip on types do. Zappos is the best for customer service.

Beautiful, classy shoe. Must wear orthotics and once I put them in, heel slipped right out. Problem is not with the shoe. Sad. Love Zappos!

Classic form, high quality leather compared to cheaper lookalikes. Shoe is narrower than a typical B width, but the leather is soft enough that it doesn't need much breaking in. My only complaint is the heel. It's a little heavy/clunky. I wish they has been a little more style conscious. However, it is a good standard loafer.

I have at least 3 other pairs of Trotters Ash, but this one feels (and looks) about a half a size larger than the others in the same size. So I'm returning these and will try a smaller size.

Love these shoes. Comfortable. I own black and brown. Wear with jeans and suit.

I've been wearing TROTTERS ASH for over ten years. I call them my "client shoes" since they look extremely professional with a suit, slacks and even jeans. These very comfortable shoes are versatile, having a high enough heel to add height and low enough to allow me to walk through the City.

Love this shoe and this brand. Were this shoe to work frequently. All day comfort!

Very comfortable. The fit is narrow but I have narrow feet. They are buttery soft and I was able to wear them for 12 hours the first day.
