A great place to shop! I love this shoe and have 3 pairs now. I wore a new pair the first time to a convention where I was on my feet all day and it was perfect. Zappos' service can't be beat. I love the free shipping and it arrived sooner than expected.

Better than expected! I was looking for a shoe that my orthotic would fit into and this shoe isn't it. BUT, it is so comfortable without that it makes a classy addition to my limited shoe department. 9 1/2 AA is HARD to find!

Help for big foot!! I have a tough time finding 12 narrow shoes... If I find a 12, it's usually wide, so when I find a store like Zappos, it's great!! The shoes fit fine, no pinched toes, or flopping up and down. The shoe looks great with slacks, jeans or skirts, and is comfortable to boot...and no shipping or handling...thanks

Very comfortable! This shoe broke in very easily - in DC I walk a lot and these shoes were comfortable all day on the first day. It runs very true to size. Looks great with dress pants!

Smart looking shoe - This is able to be dressed up or down with jeans, slacks, suits or skirts. Comfortable and a good heel height for wearing all day long. The leather is so soft and the side elastic gussets are good for keeping the shoe snug to the foot. Great shoe. I have problems with my feet and these seem to be non irritating to my feet and that is a real bonus!

Great shoe - Looks great with slacks or suits. They fit fine, although, now that I am older, I could use a little more toe room.

A great looking, comfortable shoe - This is my first experience with this brand and I am not disappointed. I love the sleek style, and the elastic goring on the sides ensure a comfortable fit. They are very foot-flattering. These are shoes I will reach for often when I want a great looking casual flat. Highly recommend!

You have got to love these shoes! Terrific, low-heeled, stylish, comfortable and true to size. Very soft leather, perfect with pants--I can shop all day in these!

Trotters Ash - Good looking low heel shoe to wear with casual pants, and I love the brown color, but am going to have to exchange the Medium width for a Wide width.

Most comfortable shoe for my large feet - This is one of the few really comfortable cool weather shoes for my size 10 to 11 feet ! Wonderful with pants.

Comfortable Shoe - I too have a narrow foot and have found it is nearly impossible, even in the nicer department stores, to find narrow sizes. Shoe department managers have told me stores lose money because the demand for narrow sizes is so small. Zappos has come to my rescue! I am VERY pleased with my order. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for and were comfortable the first time I wore them. I was also impressed with ordering the shoes one morning and receiving the shoes in two days. I certainly will tell my friends (especially those with hard to find sizes) about Zappos.

The perfect everyday work shoe - I bought these about six months ago and waited to write this review until these shoes had stood the test of time. These shoes are extremely comfortable and have been so from the very beginning. I am a ballet dancer, so I have to have comfortable shoes that don't squeeze my damaged feet but are still narrow enough to stay on. These shoes were a great value and they look very nice.

Trotters' Ash - A really nice shoe. Good quality leather and good construction. Very comfortable and elegant.

Versatile Comfort - This shoe is so wonderfully comfortable. It fits my foot beautifully, which is no easy task. It looks great with pants or long skirts. It probably runs a little narrow, so if you don't have a very narrow foot, you may need a medium or wide. This is the reason that it fits me so well.

Solid comfort - These shoes are soft, comfortable and look good. I have a narrow foot and I'm hard to fit. It's so nice to know that whenever I need shoes for work or casual, Zappos always comes through. My last shoes arrive in just two days after I ordered them--that's also a huge plus. Thanks Zappos

Trotters Ash - Never having bought shoes or very little other apparel on the web, I was worried that I might not be satisfied. Because of the free shipping, free return policy that Zappos has, I decided to take a chance. Trotter shoes I knew to be good, the picture of the shoe, especially the enlargement, showed it to be the style I wanted. My worry was that it wouldn't fit, but it did. I think they will be very comfortable (I bought two pairs, one in black and one in brown ). Thank you, Zappos.

A trip to London - This shoe worked very well for running around the streets of London. It was cool and rainy there and this shoe held up beautifully in all conditions. I felt very polished and well dressed as well.

Pleased - This is a nice basic shoe to wear with pants. My feet are very narrow and I did find that it feels just a bit wider than its indicated size. However, it wasn't enough to warrant adding a liner to snug it up. I have found it comfortable to wear all day long.

Great Trotter's shoes! I recently purchased the Trotters Ash shoes and they fit great. I have a small but wide foot (size 6W) and these are very comfortable. They are made of very soft leather. I have several pairs of Trotters and they all fit great.

Smart looking shoe - This shoe is comfortable, looks great with dress slacks and jeans as well--Sporty, yet professinal looking. I really like this shoe. I have a very narrow foot and this shoe fits gerat. I love the Zappos website...they have a great selection of shoes in my size and save me time and gas trying to find them in my area.

Great shoe - These shoes fit great and look great with my pant suits for work. I can walk a long way and they still feel great. Would buy more of these in different colors.

I read all the reviews before I bought this shoe because I have a difficult time finding a comfortable shoe, and I wasn't disappointed. It was comfortable from the first time I put it on. I have a narrow foot with a high arch and it fits perfectly. The only color available at the time I ordered was brown, but I would like it in black also. It is nice for casual wear with jeans and also with skirts for work. The only problem I have is that I need a shoe horn to put it on.

Trotters's Ash - This is a good looking, casual, comfortable shoe, that is true to fit. I wear it with slacks mostly. I first ordered two pairs, one in blue and one in black. I was so pleased that I ordered a third pair in brown.
