First I was very sad to hear that Vionic was discontinuing their 'Sunny Rae' style casual sneaker. I think they are one of the best Vionic products - supportive stylish easy to slip on sturdy and long-lasting. Why Vionic are you discontinuing it? So when I called to order another pair of Sunny Raes in November and the sales rep told me they were not carrying that style anymore the agent directed me to this the Malibu Slip On as an alternative. It's not an alternative. Yes it looks like the Sunny Rae but it is much lighter in every way - material feel support soles etc. It's more of a slipper than a casual sneaker. Yes I like the look and the style but 'slip on' in every sense of the word does not apply. The fabric is light so every time you slip your foot into the sneaker you need to take your hand/finger and bring up the back over your heel. I never had to do that with the Sunny Rae. So I'm disappointed in these. The arch support is not the same or even up to Vionic standards I'd say. I'm going to wear them around the house more as an upgraded slipper. Now I'm on an Ebay search to find more Sunny Raes.......

I bought these shoes to wear around the house to replace the slippers I was wearing - they looked nicer. What you can't see in the pictures (and I wished I would have known this) is that there is an elastic band under the top flap to hold the shoes in place. The tops of my feet are weirdly sensitive (I mean - my feet are screwed up - that's why I have to wear Vionics). The elastic strap adds uncomfortable pressure and I have to keep taking the shoes off so I'll look for another pair to wear around the house. If you don't have this problem these are probably fine. They do look nice.

The material on top is so soft. The style is really cute. I was so hopeful. But the soles has zero padding or give. Hard as a rock.

These shoes felt like they were a half size smaller. My toes hurt so bad I had to take pain medication.

They did not fit right. So much extra top material so too roomy and didn't feel comfortable. Returned them.

Disappointed. No support in front of foot. Was going to send it back, but looked dirty from just walking on the rug. Forgot that I had read that they get dirty fast and hard to clean.

I have been wearing Vionic shoes for years with that said. The quality of your shoes is lacking now they are no longer the quality you started out with. They fall apart easily, and the arch support is lacking not what it once was. I am very sad about this and I'm sure individuals who have been wearing your shoes for many years now feel the same way I do.

I got this show last week. There is no support! Might as well go barefoot. I understand this a beach shoe, but even the back heel has no support. You can't get the shoe on without the heel going flat. Worse Vionic I ever bought. G

Bought these last season, washed them once and the seam along the top of the shoe came undone. Not exactly the quality for a "washable" shoe.

I was hopeful for a great casual shoe that was actually supportive. These were not it. The sole is flimsy and the 'support' was a sad little insole which might have been ok if the sole would have held its shape at all. These were not supportive at all- I sent them back.

Not as comfortable as my other pairs of Vionic shoes and they did not look the same in person, as they did online. They do not hold their shape very well and look "baggy", but maybe that is just my feet.

I was really looking forward to a comfortable slip on sneaker, like all my other Vionic shoes, but this one has no arch support and immediately began getting little fuzees on the top of it. They just sit in my closet!!

I bought these earlier this summer and was very disappointed with them. The size fits true and they are cute but I have plantar fasciitis and can only wear these for VERY short periods then my pain flares up. They are seriously lacking in support and are nearly equivalent to being barefoot. No joke these have no more support than keds or other cheap slip-on shoes. They definitely skimped on the manufacturing of this pair. I would not recommend to anyone with plantar foot pain.

I have many pairs of Vionic shoes and am very disappointed in this style. No arch support and soles have no cushion almost feels like walking on bare concrete.

I have several pairs of Vionic shoes that I love. I am so disappointed in 'Malibu' They are very comfortable but lack support. The bottoms of the shoes have a hole wearing in them and my feet ache at the end of the day! I have had them a little over a month so I cannot return them now. :(

I'm a huge fan of Vionic shoes with the exception of this pair that I just bought. The design of the footbed under the sole of the foot is very poor and uncomfortable. The material used on the bottom of the shoes is not holding up and is already peeling off even though I haven't worn the shoes outside.. I'm probably going to throw these away which is unfortunate since these shoes are made from recycled materials (one of the reasons I purchased these shoes).

I bought these for a great summer all purpose shoe. Aesthetically they are really cute and lightweight. sadly there is very little arch support and absolutely nothing underneath the foot liner. It's like walking on the sidewalk. These are not with the money I paid. Sorry Vionic

These shoes look ok but they are so uncomfortable.

I love my vionic relax slippers and have been wearing them for years and was hoping to have the same comfort and support as the slippers but these shoes are not even close. There is little forefoot cushioning and I think I could get better cushioning and support with a cheap pair of Skechers. So disappointed as I was planning on ordering these in every color if they were as supportive as the slippers.

Total disappointment! I bought these as a house shoes after installing hardwood floors in our house. Based on the reviews they seemed perfect. I have been wearing Vionics for years and can honestly say that there is NO arch support compare to other shoes. I now wear my Gemma slippers or Relax slippers around the house unfortunately you can't do the same chores or errands in slippers. Feel like another pair of bad shoes getting donated and only a couple of months old. I'm shopping for shoes once again.

While I will admit these shoes are amazingly comfortable the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I have worn them only two times both inside the house and they look absolutely terrible. The material is pilled and threads look pulled it truly looks like I've had these for years and have taken poor care of them. I would expect better quality material for such expensive slip ons.

I have several pair of vionic shoes and love the support they give my unhappy feet. However this pair only have the fashionable appearance...and they are cute but my pair have zero support and zero cushion. It's honestly like walking barefoot on hardwood flooring. Maybe they forgot to put the cushion/supportive insole inside my pair? Not sure but was very disappointed...given the price of the shoes. If you need arch support and cushioning....if all of this style are like mine you won't find it in these cute shoes. BUT all of my other vionic shoes are AMAZING on my old achy feet!

I wanted to love these shoes. They are unbelievably cute and they're smooth and comfortable on the inside. Unfortunately they lack the arch support and cushioning Vionic is known for and as much as I wanted to keep them I knew my podiatrist would have a fit if she found out I was wearing such unsupportive shoes. I had to return them.
