Crocs says to size up on this sandal. I wear a size 9.5 in most shoes and a 9 in most sandals, but I sized up to a 10 in this sandal like they said to. It was a full size too big. There is no arch support, which I don't need. They were comfortable to stand in. However, the dots on the bottom of the sandals are raised. I looked at many photos and thought they looked indented. The raised dots really bothered my chemo-induced neuropathy. I am considering ordering a size 9 and putting duct tape over the foot bed. Regardless, this pair is going back.

I bought 2 pair and wished I'd liked them. They run small and contemplating returning them. Some of the all terrains run loose and roomy and some run shorter and my toes hit the top of the shoe. I'm assuming there are different locations that produces them.

Size disparity unacceptable. Ordered a 10 wear a 9. Toes on left foot hang over the front

These are really cute and I would live them but the ankle straps aren't the same length and one always slips off. I wasn't able to exchange them online or in store and it's always so annoying to have them slip off when I wear them.

I really wanted to like these and bought them on impulse as soon as I saw them on line. I ordered them in green, nice color but looked terrible on, like I had Sasquatch feet. I am sure they would be great for hot summer hikes especially around water and mud,, but I returned them to the Croc's store on National Outlet Weekend with a return line wrapping around the whole store. I have tons of Crocs in every style and color for the last 12 plus years, so will keep my impulse Croc buying to a store.

I walk with a walker, these are easy to get into, but I found them stiff. Toe strap should be adjustable for the many toe problems people have, mine is bunions, and these just aggravated the problem. I cannot wear them, sorry. I'll keep looking with the hope you will add buckles to the toe straps, and make the soles softer.

Definitely great if your feet are narrow enough for it. Hurts the top of my feet and its arch support is way too much on my soles.

I was drawn to the style. I call them "Croc-enstocks." I prefer the feel of Crocs, and honestly the price, to Birkies. But the upper strap cuts my instep any time I wear them more than an hour or so. It's a shame. I really like the style.

Honestly not in love. I'm a 9.5 and bought the size that was recommended but Jesus are these huge. I can't tighten them any more either. I would send them back but I'm out of return time. I got these so I would have a pair of sandal that really support my feet, they don't.

These are comfortable at their base however, the top strap constantly digs into the top of my foot and rubs against it as I'm walking. I'm not sure if this is due to the larger size (13) or if the top strap was made just a little too high than it should have. They're comfortable for home use, gardening, etc, but I would never wear there out anywhere. The top of my foot would probably rub raw.

My experience with the product was great until I decided to clean them. I looked all over the Crocs website and internet on how to clean all terrain crocs specifically. Could not find anything about the Velcro straps, if they should be removed. Not wanting to get the Velcro wet, I removed them. When clean and dry, I went to reattach the straps. The Velcro is too thick to push back through the slot to attach. I looked all over crocs website and internet again to see how to reattach the straps, no information AT ALL. When I reached out to customer service, they instructed me to use a stick to push the strap through, the Velcro strap is very delicate and glued on, pushing through too much can cause separation. I imagine using a stick would cause them to break. They also instructed me that there were tutorials on YouTube but when I asked for the link they couldn't provide it and the next person said there weren't any tutorials.
While I love the shoes, my experience with customer service has been horrible enough that I don't plan on ever buying anymore or telling anyone about them.

I have been very happy with the previous type of sandal the wider toe strap makes this model very uncomfortable.

They look great and feel good, but the size was so large that it was likely a manufacturing error. My adult foster son is a reliable 14, but these 14 looked more like 17 when he put them on. Unfortunately, he didn't visit until after the return window. So, I have big, expensive, paperweights.

The description said normal width would provide enough room for a wide foot. It doesn't. I can't wear them. Otherwise it is a great sandal.

These are very weirdly constructed shoes. There is no adjustment to the first strap or the second BUT the first strap is over the top of the arch of the foot. IF you have a high arch, it slaps the top of your foot as you walk and that is comfortable for only about...wait, that is NOT comfortable at all. IF you wore a couple of pairs of heavy socks, they might work. Wait...why get sandals if you need two pairs of heavy socks to make them wearable. I threw the box away because for the first hour these sandals were okay- until the pain started. These will be wearable IF I cut that first strap off, I HOPE. We will see. A strong caution if you have a high arch that the first strap will not touch except to slap against your foot with every step. If the straps had been adjustable, that would not have been a problem. If you want them to take the garbage out in the summer, they will work fine. More than 15 minutes did not work for MY FOOT. The great thing is if you are not stupid enough to throw the box away, you can return them. I like the look of them and that was about all.

Was excited after buying my first pair of crocs but after using a different pair of socks they were way too tight and Not worth paying for.
