I have been buying Vionic shoes for years mostly sandals due to my plantar fasciitis and high arches and I have been very pleased with the comfort and support they provide. I was wanting a casual sneaker and ordered the Pismo. They were lightweight and easy to put on but immediately I noticed that they had Very Little to No Support unlike the Vionic sandals. When wearing them in the house just to try them out my feet started to hurt to the point I could no longer continue to wear them. I so wanted to like this cute and stylish Pismo sneaker but not a shoe for those who suffer from plantar fasciitis and high arches or for walking on hard surfaces for any length of time. I hope in the near future they will redesign this shoe to provide better foot support compatible to the Vionic sandals.

I am a Vionics convert with many many pairs and am a solid size 11. I was really looking forward to loving these but my toes are cramped against the front of them. This is not a normal size 11 for Vionics in my experience and I'm extremely disappointed.

I have 2 pairs of these sneakers and they're cute but dangerous: I've slipped on wet footing multiple times even on surfaces like asphalt that typically offer good traction. As much as I like the shoes I won't be wearing them any more. Use caution if you buy these!

I bought my first pair of Pismos in February. I wore them 3 times and then noticed that the bottom was showing extreme signs of wear. Since I had done little more than walk in them this was a concern. I took them back to the store I purchased them. They too were shocked and they gladly exchanged them for me. Sadly the very same thin happened with the 2nd pair. There is some type of fabric coating over the rubber sole and it wears away very quickly. The soles of the 2nd pair look as if I have walked thousands of miles in them. The shoes are quite comfortable but the wear on the soles is just not acceptable.

Bought one pair- very comfortable so I bought 2 more I was very surprised when I seen how fast the bottoms wore out and how fast the support completely breaks down Definitely not the quality Vionic usually sells

I'm a firm vionics shoe wearer thats all I will wear due to being on my feet all day as a hairstylist they keep my back and feet pain free however these were so disappointing it felt like there was no arch support whatsoever and my 30 minute walk thats usually peaceful was filled with pain and I couldn't wait to sit down to get them off im glad for alot of people they were comfy but for me they are a no go!

Pismo sneaker is super cute but lacks the arch support that I've come to expect from Vionic. I should have listened to the other reviews. Not a good shoe for plantar fasciitis.

Got these for Christmas; they're very cute but they don't have the arch support or cushion that I expect from vionics. I was hopeful that I would finally have a flat that didn't cause pain but a few hours in these and my plantar fasciitis is so inflamed and painful that I can hardly stand.

I initially loved these shoes. They didn't offer as much support as other Vionic tennis shoes but they were great for wearing around the house and super comfy. However sort of like a favorite sweater they very very quickly fell apart and were pilling all over the whole shoe within 2 weeks. After 30 days they are so bad looking I wouldn't leave the house in them. My sister was shocked when she saw what happened to them. Pretty disappointed in how they have held up. Never had this happen to a shoe- or even a sweater- in my life.

While these are cute they offer almost no support or padding and do not have the supportive structure of my other Vionic shoes. Very disappointed to send them back.

I would love to have this in a Wide. It's tight across the top of my foot but plenty roomy (almost too roomy) in the toe box. The elastic in the lace ties and the tongue is very tight. The sole seems thin. This isn't what I've come to expect from Vionic. Too bad because it's so cute.. The white canvas with frayed edges rose gold metal eyelets and soft interior are all awesome. I just wish it were more comfortable on my foot.

Absolutely love this shoe. But I must warn you not quality shoes esp for Vionic. I bought 3 pair. They have not held up well ( but super cute). The elastic broke in one stretched out & worst of all the tag recommends to spot clean only no machines washing.. I cannot recommend.

I loved these shoes — they are actually my second pair! But the bottoms are disintegrating rapidly even after just a few months of not even wearing them that much.

I used to love vionic so was excited to try this style. However they felt cheap and unsubstantial. I sent them back and then googled Vionic online and surprise/no surprise they were bought by another company in 2018 and are NOT the same. The new company Caleres owns Famous Footwear just to give you an idea...

The arch support hurt. As far as appearances, the material on the sneaker appeared frayed.

These shoes looked cute and were comfortable the first couple times I wore them. The shoes are expensive for what actually equates to a cheap shoe from a big box store. They do not give the full support you would expect from Vionic. They started falling apart with light wear. The bottoms of the shoes wore away within the first month. It's disappointing because I have my Orthoheel/Vionic flip flops from years ago and they have lasted through so much wear. Definitely do not buy these and expect to wear them more than a few times.

The shoe was instantly comfortable with no break-in period. However, the sole wore out after minimal wearing - just walking through a parking lot and in a store. After a few days, significant wear through the bottom of the shoes.

I bought these less than a year ago. When I first tried them on, they were so comfortable. I wore them once or twice a week for a few months and they wore out and were less and less comfortable as time went on.

I own numerous pairs of Pismo Casual sneakers. The Canvas is comfortable, doesn't push into my feet like Terry material does. I have planters flascia, Foot was injured in a fall and canvas are so comfortable. The terry material is not comfortable and too tight on my feet. 12 pairs of canvas and four terry which I can't wear because they hurt my feet. So if your feet are sensitive purchase canvas.

I purchased my first pair of these sneakers in the Mint color and loved them so much that I bought the white. I really liked the fact that they were advertised as machine washable because I like my white sneakers to sparkle. They are less than one year old and in perfect condition but are now unwearable due to the SEVERE RUST PROBLEM that has occurred with the poor quality metal grommets that were used in these sneakers (an not with the mint colored sneakers). Why would you use something that would rust in a garment that you are advertising as washable?

These "sneakers" are really slippers. There is really very little sole and very little support. Wish I had returned them when I could.

I bought these in size 11 like my other Vionic shoes but they were way too short to the point that I couldn't comfortably wear them! And they don't appear to be offered in size 12. I am so disappointed!
