Comfortable and just the right amount of heel for an everyday boot.

Shoes arrived even more lovely than I imagined! They look and feel excellent quality. Ordered a size 7 first and they were slightly too big so swapped for a 6.5. Quick and easy process and the 6.5 fits perfectly. Looking forward to wearing these often!

These boots were my first purchase with Nisolo. I originally purchased the heeled black bootie, but the heel was too high to walk in for me. The boots are a dark warm brown which looks great with everything. The pointed toe makes the shoe look a bit more dressy. I wear between a 7.5 and 8 and ordered an 8 because of the pointy toe. The shoes are perfect with no time needed for wearing them in. They look like they will wear well. I'm also glad there is a wood sole that I can get resoled to have these shoes last even longer.

This shoe feels luxurious from the time you open the box until you wear them down the street. I loved the box presentation, the smell, the detailed care instructions, and most importantly the fit and the look. I needed to change sizes before settling on the right pair and customer service was incredibly easy. Would definitely recommend

I am in love with these boots! They fit true to size, a teeny snug when I first put them on but stretch a little bit and fit great now. They look amazing, just want I wanted. Beautiful quality.

The quality is second to none the leather is supple but sturdy. The fit is exactly what you would expect all in all a great purchase, while I do expect the shoes to get a bit dirty that is a nonissue since they'll be able to be cleaned. Great pair of Chelsea boots!

I cant rate this highly enough. The fit is comfortable, they are well-made and so gorgeous. When you hold the boot its different, its just such a high quality. I sized up a half size and am so glad I did. Perfect, classic boot.

I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a pair of boots. I've been on the hunt for a high-quality Chelsea-style boot for a couple years now. The design of the Nisolo Chelsea boot is hands-down my favorite -- everything from the soft leather to the warm caramel-colored sole that gives it an understated, chic accent. I have a narrow foot and usually wear a 10 but am somewhere between 9.5 and 10. I ordered the 10 and they fit perfectly. The heel is a little bit of a wider fit than I expected but with socks on, I wouldn't want it any narrower. Love everything about my new boots and would definitely recommend! They're an investment in quality.

I was in search for Chelsea boots and of course I had to google what boots are thee best! Nisolo came up and I researched how other reviewers loved the boots because I havent heard of the brand before. To my surprise, I ended up LOVING the story behind this brand. Thats what really pushed me more to purchase the boots from Nisolo. I was happy to receive emails telling me the process of breaking them in and what to expect from them. Once they came in, I tried them on, and I loved them. The fit, the style, the color, and the comfort. I purchased the classic Chelsea boot brown in a size 7. Im a size 7 overall, and from other reviewers saying that it fits perfectly, I decided to stick to my size and was not disappointed. I already broke them in by wearing them around the house and Ill be ready to wear them out for date night.

The perfect staple boot that is extremely well made. Make sure to follow the break-in recommendations and not wear them for an entire day immediately. My only issue is that the soles are leather so they are smooth and need to be scuffed up so you dont slip but otherwise these are great!

So I ordered 9.5 and I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe, I exchanged for 10.5 and my foot was flopping around in the shoe, and finally, I got the 10s and they were spot on. Really high-quality build. Customer service was very helpful.

I was looking for a pair of boots that would work with casual and formal wear and these are perfect. I really like the color and the fit is just right. Also, its a small thing, but I really like the bags that come with them which are perfect for storing the boots.

These are my first pair of Nisolo shoes, so I used the true fit size calculator and originally ordered a 9.5 as recommended. I used the try at home option, and they arrived in just a few days! They were too big, but the return process was incredibly easy. I then ordered a size 9, but the shoes that came were a different style and still too big (the heeled Chelsea - though I considered keeping them because they looked amazing). Again, it was so easy to return them and I got store credit. I then ordered the classic Chelsea boot in an 8.5, which is my normal shoe size. This boot is PERFECT, fits well, and goes with anything. The ankle part was rubbing a bit at first, so I stood a small jar in the heel for a few hours to train the ankle shape, and now they felt great. I can wear them with both thin and thick socks. Overall, I praise Nisolo for the shoe quality, sustainable and ethical mindset, and ease of ordering and returning!

Ive just been making excuses to wear them since my husband.. I mean Santa.. gave them to me for Christmas. SO comfy and true to size in my opinion! Fit nicely with thin or thicker socks, normally I have to break in nisolo shoes with thick socks at home for a while but not these!

I've been eyeing the Chelsea boots for some time. It was my first pair of Nisolo boots (I have a few of the sneakers), so followed the recommendation to size up if between sizes. I'm usually a 7.5/8 in most shoes but typically a 7.5. I ordered the 8, and once they shipped out they arrived very quickly. I was unsure on the size and the customer support was AWESOME, and recommended the try at home for the 7.5. I'm so glad I did because the 7.5 was definitely too small for me in this shoe due to the narrow toe. The 8 gives me some room to allow for slightly thicker socks. The boots are high quality and stunning, I can't wait to wear them with everything. These are well worth the higher price tag due to the quality, ethical business, and superb customer service. Can't beat Nisolos...and if you're thinking about these boots get them! Looking forward to adding a pair in black to my collection.

I know a lot of people recommend sizing up, but I actually sized down. Im usually an 8.5 but my heel was slipping out. Exchanged for the 8 and they are perfect! Super elegant and classic. Im in love.

As with all the Nisolo shoes I've purchased, these are perfectly made. From the moment I opened the box, I loved them. The smell of the leather, the perfect size and shape and the fact that they go with everything has helped make them one of my go-to pairs of shoes.
