Recently purchased and within two weeks, the leather strap completely ripped off. Contacted customer support and instead of being offered a replacement, I was told I had to send back for a repair or find a cobbler on my own and submit for a reimbursement.

Beautiful boot but way too narrow. I had to sell it.

I ordered these in a size 7 (my usual) but when I tried them on, the ball of the foot where the shoe is widest was about an inch too close to the heel for my feet. my toes were pinching almost immediately, even while sitting down. I returned them the same day. Not for me, but an overall really well crafted shoe from high quality materials.

I've had these boots for 4 months now. And while they are beautifully constructed out of really nice leather I find that they still run slightly small and tight and that the leather has not stretched in a way to make them comfortable for long periods of time. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8.5 because other reviews mentioned they run small. I now wish I'd order another half size larger. Even with thin socks the back of my foot reaches to the very back of the shoe. The front of the boot also still pinches even though I've walked a few miles a day in them over many days. I LOVE the look of these boots but am pretty disappointed in the fit. I thought they would stretch out in a way that would effectually be comfortable (I have frye shoes that took some breaking in) but that is just not the case with these.

I loved the style and fit of these boots, but unfortunately I had the same problem as other reviewers --- after wearing them only two times, the rubber sole is coming unglued from both toes. This shouldn't happen on boots of this quality. Will have to return.

not great- love the look but not a comfortable shoe. was willing to try and break in, but after one day of walking the sole started to detach from the body of the boot. for a $200 shoe the quality is not there.

I really wanted to love these - and I did for the first month or so. But like many before me, the soles have already started peeling off. I have only worn these boots a handful of times and then only to work (a desk job so not exactly tough on shoes). I am so disappointed that they are falling apart already. It is happening on both shoes too, so not an isolated thing. Don't be like me - trust the reviews.

I keep reminiscing on the days when Nisolo boots and shoes were actually comfortable. My very first pair were the Harper boots many years ago. They actually had a soft cushiony insole with arch support and no break in time. I was able to travel in them and walk around airports with absolutely not foot fatigue or blisters. Definitely not the case with these boots. I call them my two hour shoes because thats about how long I can actually stand them on my feet. Sadly, Im selling these and several of my other pairs of Nisolo boots/shoes to someone that might get more use out of them. Definitely wont be getting what I paid for them originally.

Despite the company thinking the shoes have been delivered and FedEx reporting they have delivered them, I do not have my shoes. Upon informing customer service, they told me that usps does not deliver on Sundays. Thats entirely unhelpful and irrelevant when FedEx reports leaving the package on my doorstep when they did not.

Im sure they are great shoes, I still just havent received them. Ive been waiting almost a week over when they said they would arrive. I will change my review once I receive my product.

Finally splurged and ordered these boots! I was so excited, but when they finally arrived they were not what I was expecting. Both boots had small scratches on the toes of the boot, and the sole of one boot was very poorly glued on. Not even aligned correctly, it had a gap and looked very cheap. Super sad because these boots cost a pretty penny :( And there was a bunch of dog hair in the box? Super random

I ordered these in brown was so excited about them. Got them they were great, after a few wears I noticed at the toe the rubber sole was coming off the shoe. Reached out to customer service (they were great), had a replacement shoe. Awesome got those wore them exactly 2 times when the rubber again at the toe was coming off the shoe. Reached out again, they set up an exchange said the issue would not happen again. Ok got the third pair of shoes, wore them exactly once to a brunch and the rubber was coming off the shoe again when I got home. I am honestly not sure what happened or how these were designed but seems like they are not meant for walking or city life. Still deciding if I'll spend more for a cobbler to fix the design issue.

I notified Nisolo and they replaced them for free ensuring me the quality issue was now fixed. The new pair had the same issue after only 2 wears. For the price and claims, this is beyond disappointing. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone as they have major quality issues.

There are some major quality issues with the shoes which is disappointing to say the least given the price and claims.

I have narrow feet & ordered brown & black boots in size 8 (usual size). It was so narrow that I had to exchange for a size 8.5. The sizing between the brown and black boots is wildly different & just does not work for my feet. I contacted Nisolo about a return. In the time between making the exchange, my credit card information was stolen while I was traveling. Nisolo now refuses to issue me a refund except to my stolen (now invalid) credit card and refuses to provide any phone number for me to call a human and find a solution. Even on sale, these boots were very expensive - the fit is wrong for me so store credit only is not a viable solution. This brand advertises itself as a sustainable, women-owned and friendly brand but the customer service has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

I had high hopes for the Nisolo Chelsea boots, which I understood to be of a relatively high quality. Unfortunately my boots started to break down less than a month after I started wearing them. The heel wore down and the backs of the heels now show the tan material underneath. The material covering the front of the heel has peeled off at the corners. The sole has also begun separating from the leather upper, so the toes leak in the rain. Having worn the boots for approximately three months now, they look heavily beat up and are almost unwearable. I intend to buy a replacement from a different brand and throw these away - they are barely even fit to donate. I brought the issue to Customer Service and got excellent service and a full refund. I would strongly recommend against buying these boots.

I have notified by - online request and have not received a response on how to return the shoes They were to small a cross the top and the insoles were not soft or cushion as advertised The phone number does not connect to a human only tells you to email; I gave $200 for comfortable shoes and had to make a trip out of town and go to Famous Footwear and buy a pair of Dr Scholls for $59

I initially loved these boots. I have had them for 1 season. After wearing them in my rotation for the season, the hell is starting to split and the leather has lost it's quality and luster. Needless to say, not worth $200!! Do not recommend this product

I loved the look and the fit of these boots. Unfortunately they haven't held up over time. The elastic at the tops of the side panels has come apart on both boots. I'm pretty careful with them when I put them on/remove them, so I'm not sure what I could have done to avoid this. I purchased in late November of 2020, and they looked like this by May of 2021. I wore them no more than 1-2 times per week in that time.

Over priced.

I bought these based on the websites recommendation of size. They are too big/loose, and I cant return. They have no support or insole, so it feels like youre walking barefoot. I put my own insole in, and they fit more snug except the cut of the ankle is so narrow that it digs into my leg. Really awful. Save your money.

Really wanted to love these, but they caused so much foot pain and eventually nerve issues in my feet because they're so narrow (and I even sized up). Not only that, but they scuff SO easily on the bottoms, so there's no way I can return them now. Also, one of my heels slips on the right side, but if I were to go down in size again then I wouldn't be able to walk, they would be too tight. Such a shame I feel like I've just wasted a bunch of money on shoes I can't even wear

The shoes run narrow, I sized up but they still hurt my feet so much that they broke my skin. I had blisters and couldnt wear any boots for 2 weeks. Contacted customer support but they said since I already wore them, I cant return them. While I understand that from a business point of view, I am a bit upset, since how would I know that the shoes would give me blisters if I dont wear them for an extended period?

Ive had to return the boots twice so far because they were damaged. Still waiting for a good pair one month later.
