I'm happy with the pants except for the size. I ordered medium and there way bigger an mediums I've gotten in the past.

The waistband on two pair of these pants started to unravel within days of purchase. The sizing has changed over time making the large and extra large sizes seem huge compared to a prior purchase of the sweats I made several years ago.

Very disappointed in these sweatpants. Have always worn a size medium and the waist is so big even with the draw string tightened. Should have bought a small size. Will never buy again these sweatpants on-line.

I have worn these closed bottom fleece sweatpants for many many years and have really enjoyed the quality Russell has built into them. However, my last purchase of 2 pair just a couple of weeks ago was a huge disappointment to me... One of the great things about these sweatpants, and the main thing that sets these apart from the competition has always been the quality of the elastic band in both the waistband and the closed bottoms on the legs. Well no more... Your quality control has went all to heck and you have now joined the ranks of your competition. Very saggy bottoms on these new ones and I am terribly disappointed in Russell Athletics to be cheapening one of your best quality items. I bought two pair about 3 years ago and the superior quality I always have enjoyed with your products was still built into them, but this last purchase was a game changer for me... I will be looking in the coming months for a new supplier for all my workout clothing as I feel Russell Athletics has made some changes within their organization that no longer allows them to be a candidate for my purchases...

I've been wearing Russell sweats for years but the drawstring in my brand new sweats popped already.

Disappointed in the quality of these sweats.been buying Russell sweats for a lot of decades now and the quality isn't there anymore..the elastic bottoms are real loose the don't come close to hugging the legs, and they aren't as thick as they used to be...

Not crazy about the e fit, nor the peeling in crotch but they are warm. As a female, i wear them over leggings when walking in cold weather

These are baggy. Some people like that, some don't but the thigh and leg area is a bit baggy. I guess you can shrink them down by washing and drying them? Again, you may like that, I personally like the other Russell Athletic warm ups that are a little less baggy. Still I would take these Russell Athletic warm ups over Under Armour or any other brand out there. The quality in materials are here with these. This one just comes down to fit. These are a bit baggy but again, that could be a plus for many of you.

So I went with a size M, after getting word from the makers of these pants, Russell Athletic. I have a 30.7" waist, close to a 31. So I went with their advice. As comfy as the material was, they were extremely baggy. I would have been better off going with a S for a slightly better fit.

I bought basic sweatpants. I realize they are basic, but the R logo was ironed on, and that really cheapened the product's appearance. Plus it was the inferior new R logo. I strongly suggest the embroidered red and blue R eagle logo for all products in the future, especially the fleece sweatpants with elastic at the bottom.

I have 5 pairs of these sweats, but this last order, the material was so much thinner than the other pair I have purchased. Not sure what happend but they are not the same sweats as I have purchased in the past.

I received these pants a few weeks ago. I have used them for lounging in the house, which they do quite well. I also foresee using them as a quick cover up for trips to and from the gym when the weather turns cold. I didn't give them the 5 star rating because I'm 6'5" and the XL pant length "comes up short". They just make it to the ankle. In this style of pants, I'd like to have a little extra length.

The fabric used is far less durable than past purchased garments from this manufacturer.

Tie Strings on sweat pants broke first time wearing pants

Drawstring already came out of the pants. Also have a small hole in them after one wear. Cheaply made.

The material is nice but the elastic is all stretched out on all 5 pairs I bought.

Purchased two pair of Russell Sweats. Major Disappointment! After the 2nd wearing the right pocket came unstitched on one pair. The string popped loose on the second pair. Cheaply made.

These sweats have been washed twice... I still wear Russells I bought 20 years ago. Something changed...

Fit like Hammer pants. Same size as old ones but these are huge and cannot wear them.

Disappointed that the drawstring broke immediately upon tying when I first put on.

Once a high-quality product, the Russell Athletic brand has descended to the bottom when I'm making choices about purchasing sports gear. The quality of materials is gone as is the workmanship. There was a time when you could expect their sweats to last not years but decades. Now, like most global manufacturing operations, their business philosophy seems to be to make things to sell, not to last.

I have been buying these Russell pants for many years. The fabric is thinner now and the elastic around the ankles relaxes after one or two (not hot) washings. Also, the legs are very baggy. What happened??

I ordered sweat pants but received a sleeveless t-shirt.

Definitely fits a lot smaller than a 4XL. They are soft though, which seemed to be the only plus here.
