Improve the quality checks and finishing - poor adidas very poor. 3 pairs of shoes ordered 2 had defects

As expected and advertised. Arrived and packaged well.

Was far too narrow. My foot was wider than the sole of the shoe

They are comfortable, look great, but the insole heel wore through after only a couple of weeks of intermittent wear. I have had a pair replaced and the same has happened.

Besides the colours, I didn't think it looked like the website. It is looks cheap quality. I've no returned mine

Love the trainers, they look good. However the insoles disintegrated within a month.

Its not your fault. The toe area is not wide enough for my foot. I do not want a refund. I think it is just the style of this particular product as all my other Addidas shoes / trainers are fantastic. Thank you.

Never ever. The most trash and unquality shoes I have ever purchased. Ever. The shoes have experienced visible deterioration over roughly two months of use. Look at the photo and you will understand. NEVER buy these shoes.

They sent 2 different sizes. I ordered size 7 UK and received left foot 7 UK and right foot 7 and a half UK. Tried to email them three times and they didn't respond after I sent them the photos of the shoes and some more details about the issue. It's been two weeks and I still didn't get any help or feedback.

Never received my item. Says delivered and being investigated with the shipper but taking forever.

one pair came creased on inner side iof shoe so now they look worn asked for replacement and no response

Sizing is at least one size out and the quality it very poor. The insole is breaking up after just a couple of weeks

Thought these looked great but I wore them once to work (I'm a receptionist so nothing active) and the insole has crumbled and fell out in small bits as I've taken out my foot. When I opened these from the box the insole was loose and I thought it was packaging but pushed it down and thought it would be fine. So disappointed for the price of these certainly wouldn't recommend. So unconfident in the quality of this being one off I don't want to purchase again despite how lovely they looked.

Disappointed. Colour of the sole does not match the body of the sneaker. It has a slight blue hue to it which is a very obvious contrast to the white (which is now a yellow hue). This is my fourth pair and not happy with this as its not the same as the photo. I believe this is to do with the new 'eco' materials but its unacceptable.

I paid extra to have these personalised, I've worn them once for 5 hours and some of the writing has come off already, I contacted adidas on WhatsApp and they haven't got back to me in over 15 hours, very poor

I was terrible i didnt like it and i will never recommend this company to my friends because support is not good

Buy one size larger..... quality wise best product .
