Had to send them back. The shoe itself, when standing. Is very comfy. Good support. Straps comfy. However, there is elastic under the back strap, going from under the strap to the shoe. It flip flops when you walk. Darn it. But if you can’t walk comfortably in a shoe than it really doesn’t work.

Shoe platform is very stiff. Difficult to walk. Had to return.

Cute sandals but walking in them is like walking on wood blocks.

Fit and size true , I bought this sandal bc I was looking for comfortable sandal, however, before I saw the shoe I was viewing another brand but it was not in stock. I purchased the Naot Juliette, and I love this shoe

I have many pairs of Naot shoes and sandals. The foot bed is not as soft as I thought it would be as my others are. I have to try them on again and make a choice whether to return it not, the style is so cute and the height is nice and chunky but I like a softer foot bed for my planters fasciitis and other foot issues.

They were very comfortable, although the strap closest to the ankle felt too high up the foot, making it difficult to grip the shoes. Also, my heel was in the right place, but my toes were barely past the black crisscross straps. I love the way they look and the footbed is very comfortable. I guess I will go back to the Naots I have always loved. I wanted to try something new.

Comfortable but a bit clunky. These just don’t work with my clothing as well as I had hoped. The fit is fine but I don’t think I will wear them much. I’ve thrown away the box or I would probably return them. Someone younger with a different style would probably love these but they are just a little too bohemian/funky looking for me.

When I first got the shoes the other day I fell in love the look and couldn’t wait to wear! I have a desk job so I don’t have to walk a lot, but, the shoes were extremely disappointing my feet were killing me halfway through the day and the next day- even from walking not so much. The foot bed is not as soft as my other Naot. These are heavy and these are not the typical Naot., I have many pairs of Naot. If you have foot issues such as plantar fasciitis do not even think about these. I do have to say that I have a narrow foot and the width is fine.Lynbrook, NY

The second strap keep rubbing my feet and almost blead with an hour.

I have several pairs of Naot sandals that I have been wearing for years and find very comfortable. While I like the black and white strap design of the Juliette that I ordered online, after walking in them for about a half hour, I found them to be quite uncomfortable. The strap with the buckle rubs against the top of my feet and the platform heels offer little flexibility. I am disappointed with this style and want to return them.

I wanted another brand similar in style but it is always out of stock, I purchased another brand similar but it was out of stock, so glad I purchased Naot Juliette they are comfortable shoes

Straps too tight. Just not comfortable. So stinking cute though!! Returned.

Very cute style but even my daughter whose feet are a full size smaller than mine couldn't get them fully on; the top straps are so tight.

front leather straps too tight, could not get my foot in over the arch. I have worn NOAT for 16 years and this is a first. Disappointed that I could not return the shoes.
