The white sole is chalky and rubs stains all over the upper part of the shoe, leaving permanent white marks. The white scuffs do not come off the colored part of the shoe.

I bought these shoes for my son. He said one shoe fit better than the other, but they both slipped at the heel. They looked very cheap. We returned them.

These seemed a half-size too large. I wear a 10.5 in all other shoes. The elastic lace makes it hard to tighten them up. Seems like if you walked a lot, they'd slide around like slippers. I reordered a 10, but in the wingtip style that has normal laces.

The shoes were very comfortable. However the dye on the shoes came off after the initial wear and the shoes were left with white streaks on the exterior. If you wear the shoes while driving or just rub one shoe against another the result is a white streak in the shoe color. I purchased a red, blue and light green pair. The colors were very vibrant but given the fact that the dye job was only a surface dye that did not extend to the shoe fabric any scuff or rub results in a white streak. I may try to find some red shoe polish but it seems impossible to match.

Two major concerns with these business casual shoes...1.) white scuff marks will appear on the shoes (I have the navy blue color) through normal wear & tear; the scuff marks cannot be removed. 2.) They will stain the bottom of your socks from the red dye inside of the shoe. Very bad idea to have red insoles inside these shoes especially if they bleed from the dye.

I Tried reaching out via email and called customer service and did not get an answer. Shoe had a slight tear on the side. Wanted a refund or another pair sent over but need to talk to someone.

I have to buy two pairs of shoes when I buy shoes because my feet are three sizes apart, one medium and one wide. No one makes beautiful stylish shoes for wide feet like Stacy Adams! And these are super comfortable, stylish, and everything I need for summer! I only hope SA makes more shoes in both wide and medium choices!

I haven't ordered the Synchro yet, but it's the next purchase!! I have purchased several pairs of shoes since March and all of them feel like I'm walking on a cloud!!! The stiching is durable, arches are properly lined, and the cost is sensible!!! I give Stacy Adam's five stars!!!
