Love the look of these shoes. However, when I put them on the first time.....the middle strap is glued to the side and then into the sole. The strap came loose from the glue. Then I noticed that All of the straps are glued on the side. For this price....why glue? Why not stitching? Returning.

Did these sandals fit? Oh, yes, absolutely true to size. Were they comfortable? Extremely, the kind that you could wear all day right out of the box. Were they red? Uh, no. They're a reddish brown, something like newer mahogany. They won't serve as red sandals if that's what you want because your outfit or accessories involve red. See the photo for the shoes with familiar red items. The red-brown shade is going to be okay with purple, blue, and other colors, so I'm keeping them.

Jillian Is The Got To Have Sandal! I am a senior citizen lady with multiple foot problems. It is so hard to find cute summer sandals to be comfortable and compatible with my feet. I purchased these Aetrex Jillian and kept fingers crossed that they would work for me. They did! This shoe is so comfortable. The adjustable straps will work for bunions, wide toe box, high insteps and a multitude of issues. The straps do not dig in and are comfy. When I wear sandals I get a swooshing suction sound where the gap under my arch meets the sole of the shoe. This is true for all sandals I have tried, but I fixed that issue by placing a stick on gel pad under my arch and no more sounds when I walk. I love this sandal and hope Aretrex will not discontinue this style, as I will want other colors in the future. All ladies of any age will love this Jillian sandal.

I cannot say enough good things about these sandals. I bought them specifically for my trip to Europe and they were the perfect pair of sandals for 15,000-steps-a-day tours of Rome Italy. The foot bed is comfortable and has nice arch support And provides a good cushion. My toes were able to spread which gave me a firm grip on those cobblestone streets. The style is also really pretty and worked well with several outfits.

This sandal is very comfortable because of the memory foam that forms to your foot after a few days of wearing them. I have high arches and I have suffered with plantar fasciitis in the past. So I need great arch support. The arch support in this sandal is sufficient although it is not as pronounced as the arch in most Vionic brand sandals. The quality of this sandal is top notch! The soft leather straps, the cushioned insole, and the good traction outsole are all well made with fine materials.

I normally wear a size 41 but had to order a size 42. The sandals are very comfortable.

I already had a pair of Aetrex sandals in a different style that I loved because of the comfort. Decided to give the Jillian style a try and they did not disappoint. It really helps that they have Velcro straps so I was able to easily adjust them to the width of my feet. I wore them on a recent trip where I walked almost the entire day and they were very comfortable.

These are so cute; but the straps are too big and can't tighten them in enough for me. Plus the padding in the back strap- made the leather edge cut into my heel. But really really cute.

The style and comfort of these sandals is great. I returned them because of the straps. Most sandals have a buckle the strap loops through and you pull to adjust. These do not and it’s difficult to adjust them properly.

I have an extremely high arch, and these shoes just didn’t give enough support.

These fit perfectly and seemed comfortable, however, they were by no means red. They were truly like a terra cotta. Very disappointed. Returning.

I personally had to size 1/2 size up on this style.

Velcro fastening makes them ideal for people like me who have narrow heels and wider toes. Comfortable and pretty too.

Jackpot!!! These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever bought. I have a wider foot and I bought these in regular and they fit perfectly. The top strap has Velcro hidden under the button so you can adjust your toes after all day. The top strap is also adjustable. The foot bed is cushy but stable and the heel strap has a little extra padding above the heel. The arch support is perfect for my weird feet.

Great shoe, the braiding dressed them up nicely. I often get asked about where I got them. Beyond comfortable, all day into night wear.

My first pair of Aetrex sandals and so far I'm impressed with the comfort and design. My one and only complaint is that for the price of these sandals I would prefer buckles rather than velcro, which in my experience, tend not to hold fast after many openings/closings. Remains to be seen how long these sandals last but if this pair wears well I will be back!!

These sandals are the most comfortable to walk in. I brought them with me to Greece and we did a lot of walking. My feet were very happy! I highly recommend them!

This shoe bed is so comfortable and the arch support is very good for a sandal. I usually have to add arch support but this shoe is fine.

So cute and comfortable can't wait until spring and summer.

I love these sandals! I wear a fairly significant hard insert in my everyday shoes for plantar fasciitis, but I found these shoes last year on a list of sandals with arch support, and I can wear them all day without pain! Now that I've been wearing the sandals for a year, I got myself the gorgeous yellow pair in addition to the brown ones I already own. I love them just as much! Great sandal!

It was a nice sandal but too dressy for me. This Brand has marvelous foot beds!

I got these about a a year ago. They are very comfortable, except....The velcro underneath the horizon strap, across my toes, chafes my skin and gives me a blister, unless I put a blister band aid underneath. A bit of a hassle....By know, I figured I would have worn them in, but it still happens. Too bad!!
