Very nice shoes but the back strap did not have enough notches to tighten.

These are the most beautiful shoes I have ever owned. I bought these in silver for a formal wedding and I can not wait to wear them tomorrow!

Perfect fit and loved the plastic so no toes or feet squishing out the straps.

Fit perfectly and looks great. Block heels are great for outdoor weddings.

So disappointing, nice looking shoes BUT the back straps are completely wrong because the shoes fall off feet even at tightest hole in strap. Others have had this problem so this issue is systemic.

Had to go down 1/2 size They’re adorable on but, could use another hole in strap to make them tighter so strap doesn’t flop around

These shoes run very large. Order a full size down. Loved them once I had correct size.

They just are both glamorous and comfortable!!

This shoe is gorgeous! The champagne color is the perfect neutral for me. The sweep of detail on the side of the shoe is elegant. The side of the shoe does have clear plastic that is not forgiving, so not as comfy as other shoes I tried.

Size was ok, a bit tight, but just not the look or feel (comfort) that I wished for.

I thought the plastic under the straps would make the shoe sturdier to wear, and it did… but it also made it less comfortable.

My opinion of these shoes is swayed by the way the shoes arrived. They were tossed into a mailing box with a piece of tissue paper. The heels of the shoes were covered in what looked like pieces of styrofoam. My first thought is that they were used. The soles indicated they had not been worn. I attempted to Chat with customer service but I kept getting closed out of the chat. Then I tried texting and again Customer Service failed to provide any service. I always thought Zappos provided good service so this is not what I expected.

Pretty but too wide.

The shoe was very pretty, but I have narrow feet and it was impossible to get the strap tight enough to not fall off of my foot even though the length was great.

The shoe is lovely and it fit fine, width & length, but the heel strap was too long so that when you tried to buckle it, there were not enough holes on the opposite side to secure the pin in the buckle.

The clear part under the straps made this shoe to snug in the width.

These shoes are lovely! They fit nicely, seem to be comfortable to walk in, and are perfect for an evening affair.
