These are beautiful shoes (I got the Ice color). The leather is soft so it doesn’t dig into my feet at all. They are lightweight and comfy. I bought my usual size and they fit perfectly. They’re worth the price!

I have had a couple of foot a surgeries. These shoes are attractive and comfortable. I want them in every color.

Kinda cute but platform is too steep for me. The stitching around the heel area was also uncomfortable.

I desperately wanted to like this shoe, but they were quite stiff out of the box and the ankle strap does not leave any room if your ankle is a little thicker. Otherwise, the fit was good and the design is beautiful.

Size and fit were fine. The quality of Gentle Souls is not what it used to be. The buckle on the one shoe I tried on was a struggle. And the one strap on the heel wasn’t made well.

Perfect height and pretty comfortable. The strap across my left foot rubs a little but otherwise I really like them

Cute! Look, fit true to size. But pinched my pinky toe.

These fit well and seemingly the soul was going to be very comfortable. I will be returning because my pinky toe hit the side in an uncomfortable way.

Very stiff to walk in & too wide

This shoe is so cute! The footbed was soft but the shoe doesn't bend so it was difficult for me to walk in . It was bit loose around the ankle so it didn't feel stable.

NOT A GENTLE SOUL. Wore around my home for about an hour to see if they were comfortable. They seemed okay, but when I tried to walk one block to dinner I had to go home to get them off my feet Asap. They had no arch support and I had quickly developed blisters.

Must be a defective pair because the ankle strap is way too short and does not even go around the insert of the shoe.

I had purchased these shoes in a different color and was excited to get a second pair despite the price! Unfortunately, the material was suede instead of leather which I would have still kept, but the shoes were uncomfortable. The stitching looked like it had slipped so it was uncomfortable on the right foot....and the suede on the left shoe was crimped. I wanted to LOVE these shoes but had to return them as they weren't as comfortable as I was hoping.

Super cute shoe, but not for narrow feet.

Did not receive these shoes. They send another brand as a replacement. I returned them.

I wanted to love these shoes. I could not double myself over to hook the ankle strap. Also, they are too high for me. They are a beautiful shade of blue. I have a pair of gentle souls flats that I have had repaired, re-soled because they are cute and comfortable. Wish they were still made. I like that gentle souls has leather insole.
