The product it amazing per usual. my son is 5 y/o and loves skating, fishing, and hiking in his crocs. He's gone thru 4 pairs in the last year. We love them! However the 3 stars is for the poor service and return turn over. The delivery took longer than the time originally stated. 9 days I believe. That's way too long for me personally. I had to return to get a bigger size. The return took over 14 days and the actual refund for my money back took over 20 days . I needed up returning and buying the correct size else where. I personally will not be ordering from crocs.com again.

My niece absolutely loved them but they actually left her a blister! Might have been from wearing them all day.

Got these for a family camping trip. Wore them one whole day that night left them outside the tent overnight and woke up to them 2 sizes to small. Yes They shrunk over night. What a waste of money!

Sizing isn't that great. They were much too big. I would recommend ordering a size down

The sizes on these crocs are way off. Tried a pair on my grandson that a friend had and the c6 fit him perfectly. Would have a little growing room. So I ordered the exact same shoe in the same size. They barely fit him. Would have sent them back but it took 2 weeks to get them. Summer would be over before her got the new pair. Let's hope his foot doesn't grow till September. We put the 2 pairs side by side and you can see a noticeable difference. I'm guessing a whole size. How can that be on the same shoe.

Great product for my 8 year old but not too sure about the color he received. He wanted blue but not navy blue because it was too dark so I purchased the ocean color because it seemed the to be the next blue shade. What I received looks like the shoe that is labeled cobalt blue. They seem too bright but I will keep them because I don't want to go out due to corona in my area and I don't want to pay shipping again.

Cute color, nice style, fit well. But gave my son a blister so now he won't wear them :( we have had this problem before probably due to material Crocs are made of combined with hot, sweaty kid feet

These are listed as some of the best shoes for fat baby feet. However, they are very tight on the top of my sons feet and leave a ton of red imprints. Yes I can size up but there is a good 1/2inch or more between his toe and the front of the shoe. So no, I would not recommend for fat baby feet.
Took a very long time to process and ship.

For my 4 yo size 11 - his normal bayaband definitely fits different. Tried this style and need to go with a c12 but really a 1/2 size would be perfect right now. C11 length fine without the heel strap, with it makes it uncomfortable. Going up to a C12 and hoping his feet don’t get tired clinging to keep his shoe on. Not sure running in c12 will be safe yet bc of length.
I'd also recommend:
Tsukihoshi, Keen or Merrell in wide

My order was correct in every way but it took WAY TOO LONG for them to get here. I totally understand the whole pandemic situation but it took up to 3 weeks for my order to be shipped. Other things I ordered came in from 5 days to 10 days.

I ordered these in a size 3, one size down from my usual size 4 and they were too short. The sizing recommendation to order a size down did not work for me so I just reordered them in a size 4. I wear a size 6 in women's but kid's sizes work for me.

Descent fit for a wide foot, but crocs are not so safe for running and riding bike. He loves them. I'm not sold. And his feet are always dirty.

My daughter really wanted thus color more than yellow but although they say they are the same size the gray is much smaller and tighter which rubbed her foot.

They were really cute. But I did accidentally got the wrong size, and it's sad bcuz I can't do a exchange bcuz is the the covi-19. I just gave them to my niece and grab the same ones in the right size

These were for my grandson. Unfortunately they were to big, so I returned them for an exchange for the size 10. Instead I got a credit for the return.
I originally got them at 25% off plus free shipping.
I'm annoyed that I have to reorder, maybe not get the 25% off and the free shipping.

I ordered 2 pair this Christmas to replace a worn out pair from last Christmas. The older pair is size 2 youth (the bottom has both a 2 and a 4 printed). This year I accidently ordered a size 3 youth. The new shoes have a 3 and a 5 on the bottom. Holding the two different sizes up side by side/back to back, etc. shows they are exactly the same size. I measured with a measuring tape all sorts of angles and yes still the EXACT same size to the millimeter! I took the old size 2 youth to a store and held it up to the size 2 and 3 youth in the store - the old size 2 is now the new size 3. The older shoe is not all stretched out either. So, if you haven't ordered in a while, I highly suggest finding a store that carries Crocs to try for size and buy there unless you need a different color, but at least go try for size or know that the sizing has changed. I emailed Crocs customer care a few weeks ago and have received no response.

Ordered 2 pair of size 2 youth to replace a worn out pair. When I received I realized I had accidently ordered the wrong size - my daughter wears a size 3Y. However, putting the 2 sizes back to back and next to each other and measuring all angles with a measuring tape, the new size 2Y are exactly the same size as the year old size 3Y. I emailed Crocs.com last week and am waiting for a reply to see if the sizing has changed as I'm not sure if I need to exchange for size 3 or if those are now too big. (My teen has special needs and small feet that str done growing.)
