The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried. They are gorgeous but have no flexibility. :(

I purchased these and another pair of shoes on Black Friday. The other pair feels fine, not great just fine enough to not hate them. This pair hurts a lot. I even went a half size up and they are too small. They squeeze the ball of my foot and have no cushion. They are bad enough that I'm done with the brand as a whole. This isn't quality.

I ordered these shoes in the same size I ordered other Kate Spade shoes. Unfortunately, they were too small and I need to order a half size up. However, customer service is terrible and won't allow for exchanges or refunds. I understand that these were purchased during the Black Friday sale so may not be eligible for a refund but they won't even consider an exchange? For a well known brand like Kate Spade, I'm surprised by their extremely poor customer service and policy.
