Within 3 to 4 weeks of ordering these, the zippers were already beginning to separate from the canvas on both shoes, the metal o’s around the laces were separating from the canvas, and the lace plastic had come off. Zappos was amazing! They quickly sent us a second pair to replace the first pair, unfortunately, the second pair began to show the same poor quality, specifically the zipper failure, at the 3-week point. We love the concept of these shoes as our daughter wears AFO braces on her feet and these make for an easier on and off than traditional laced shoes, but unfortunately the quality of these shoes is quite disappointing and not sustainable.

They are extremely wide. It is our first time ordering and unfortunately they will not accept returns for this shoe. My 10 yr old nephew was so excited to have shoes that fit his braces but he is embarrassed at how huge they actually are.

My 4 year old daughter put a hole in the toe of this shoe in 4-days! What a disappointment and waste of money. Don’t buy if you have a child that is hard on shoes.
